" You wouldn't understand " the blonde on the flats screen screams at the man in the pouring rain. I have no Idea what I am even watching. I just stormed into Raven's room in anger and joined her in bed as she watched this movie.

My head felt like it was going to explode just thinking about Gordon and everything going on. I should call back home and see how my birth packs treaty still stands with Gordon's pack. Its been two days since I have talked to Alexander. He has tried several times to talk to me but ignoring game is strong. I avoid him mostly because I am outdoors running laps or training, even though I see him always in a two mile radius of me to make sure I am safe.

Raven's squealing snaps me out of my frustrating thoughts and I look to my right to see her face lit up with a cheesy smile as she stares at the screen. The main characters are now making out in the rain and I just grin at my sisters reaction and pray that she stays smiling like this everyday.

" Ava, you cold hearted bitch, I know you do not get emotional but this is The Notebook. A little bit of tears is essential" Raven glares at me and I just roll my eyes. No movie has ever managed to make me cry, just something inside me does not click with emotions in movies like this.

" Raven, shut up you big baby." I throw a pillow her way and as it hits her face and knocks the bowl of popcorn right out I realize she is not gonna let me live now that her popcorn is scattered on the floor.

Oh shit.

Ava's eyes get brighter and I immediately know she is about to make me her prey. I am an Alpha's daughter and a queen but I will run for my life from my sister when her food is taken from her. Number one rule of survival in my pack is to not mess with Raven's food.

I bolt for the door and think of a survival plan. I can not hide behind Alexander this time. My feet carry me outside into the castle training fields and see several pack members training and the king himself too sparring with Mason.

" Mason!" I scream and immediately both men's head snap towards me and I bolt in their direction as I hear Raven running down the main castle staircase. They check behind me to see signs of any danger but when they spot none I see relief spread through their bodies.

" Raven is gonna kill me. I kinda dropped her popcorn." The words rush out my mouth as see my beloved sister looking for me in the fields.

" Sis, I love my life so I will not get involved in this." Mason pats my back and wishes me luck.

" Ava. Just get behind me if anything. I am sure Raven will not go this far just over popcorn." Alexander says with a chuckle and hope in his eyes that I will talk to him. I stare at him a little bit longer and just look back at my sister who has now located me and is making her way.

My legs move so fast as I speed around the field catching the attention of some pack members and get a glimpse of Mason shaking his head and laughing at his furious mate.

After a few laps around the field with Raven hot on my tail I decide to just face her wrath. I stop and within seconds I am thrown across the field but not in a way to actually hurt me. I land perfectly on my feet and have one knee and hand on the floor before I stand up.

" I will make you more popcorn." I yell across the field to Raven who stalks her way to me until she is one foot away.

" That was the last bag in the castle and I was craving it all week." As she says each word she takes a step closer and I take on back.

I quickly bend and spin with my leg out knocking Raven down as my leg hits her with power. I immediately stand and put my foot on her chest holding her down.

" I will buy you more popcorn and anything else Raven. Can you not attack me now?" I ask her as laughter finds its way out of us both and I help her off the ground.

" Babe, can we try not to murder my sister in law and queen next time please?" Mason asks as he walks up to us, wraps his arm around his mate and pecks her cheek.

" The queen is not easy to kill." I reply to him. Alexander walks up behind me, I know it is him without even having to turn around because every time he is around me it's like there's this power and energy in the air.

I still am furious with the actions he did and promise he broke. I try to understand why he did what he did but there was not anything that still justifies murder.

Before he gets closer I decided to head back inside the castle and as soon as I am getting further and further I know he is right behind me. Once again I am running but I put more energy this time. Managing to make it past the dining hall, ball room where all this started and up the staircase. Alexander could have caught me a few feet back but for some reason he is not taking advantage of his royal blood.

Finally seeing my bedroom door, I rush right in and turn to lock the door but come face to face with a certain king. We are so close if I lean up our noses will touch. Right now I just have my head facing up as always when it comes to him. He is a mountain of a man.

" I am done playing this game my queen. I killed him and your heart is too pure to understand why but I had to. Him being alive put you in danger and that is something I refuse to let happen." Alexander growls out as his eyes turn a shade darker every few seconds.

Anger courses through my veins and my face burns up.

" I do not need to be protected. I am an Alpha daughter since birth. He was our one key to figuring out everything happening and we took an innocent life. The Gordon that was out to kill me was not the one we met. You have anger inside of you ever since the poor boy flirted with me at dinner. He was not himself and we could have helped him! Being a king does not grant you the right to kill without a solid reason and weather you like it or not." I explode and with the last few words I poke his chest and take a step closer.

Now I am only centimeters away from his lips and our noses are touching. I realize his hands are on my waist but my hand is still on his chest and he does not look fazed. In fact there is this grin on his face which pisses me off more.

I push him back with my palm and he hits my bedroom door. Not in a way that hurts but he is still amused and is staring at me.

" What. Take a damn picture Alexander. It will last longer." I snap at him.

" Oh baby girl. If you were anyone else doing the actions you are right now, you would not be in one piece. I see your angry but I got what ever information I needed and the person who had that much control over an Alpha male is more powerful than just breaking a possession. Gordon would not have ever become normal again." As the last words leave his mouth I roll my eyes.

" We could have tried Alexander." I faintly say as my head drops low in disappointment and a little sadness because everything is happening.

" He was sent by some power hungry woman named Diana. She has been after the throne for centuries. She sent him here to kill you to take over the throne. The bitch does not know that even if anything were to happen to either of us, she can not be queen until hell freezes over."

" Let's hope hell never freezes over."

" I will never let anything happen to you Ava." Alexander says gently as he cups my face in his huge palms. I look up and stare straight into his eyes.

" That's what scares me."
