The next few days were a torment for Kevin. The last meeting had been a dud, and he also had some work, so he didn't get to meet Zoya, at all. On the other hand, Zoya was so frustrated with him! She was planning a full-on confrontation when they meet next. She was fed up with his way of working. But you can't blame Zoya, she had worked with the devil himself. Working with Aditya, she was used to working under pressure, working as a pro, giving her best shot! Aditya always kept her on her toes, and right now it felt as if she was transported to 50s where everything was obnoxiously slow and lame.

So, when they plan to meet the next time, Kevin is busy pep-talking himself to maintain his cool and not to drool; on the other hand, Zoya is gearing up to give him a piece of her mind.

On the morning of the meeting, Kevin dressed up in a way, that would make girls drool all over him; tight-fitting dark blue denim pants with a white fitted T-shirt that boasted his well-toned muscles and grey jumper. Today, he did a bit of background search (as in Facebook search) on her; he doesn't really know what to make out of everything... one thing is for sure, this girl shares a lot of memes... and they are actually pretty funny...

When they meet, Kevin takes her with him to another sitting area where they can have a bit more privacy, because of what happened last time with Sarah.

The fun part is that even Zoya decided to change strategy last minute; instead of being grumpy and bossy; she decided to expose the full power of the child within her. she decided to be her real self: bubbly and charming and just make Kevin do what she wants, one step at a time.

Ladies and gentlemen! Zoya was charming and beautiful in general, but when she comes into her child-like avatar, it is impossible to not fall in love with her. for she is smart but also adorable. She effortlessly waltzes from being super intelligent and focused on the work at hand and then the moment she looks at you, she becomes a cute 5-year-old innocent child, who believes in you.

Kevin obviously had never encountered this side of Zoya so far and man when he sees it, he falls for her 10 times harder. Once the work is over for the day, before Kevin can stop himself, he ends up asking her out for coffee.

K: hey Zoya, what are you doing after this?

Z: umm... I am going to leave for home now. As the work for today is done. I will come in tomorrow morning at 9.

K: oh... if you are not busy, let's go out for a coffee.

Zoya is shocked obviously and looking at him, blankly.

K: I mean, I am not just your boss, but also your team. So, we never had a chance for team bonding. I mean I didn't get to know you much.

Zoya was still confused... nevertheless, she agrees...

Their coffee date goes pretty well. They talk about a lot many things, of course, all of them within professional limits, none being overly personal. However, a new friendship is developed in the course of it.

4 months have passed.

They are now friends as well as colleagues, also they share the professional mentor-student relation. The sense of respect and companionship that Zoya had developed with Kevin was always missing from her and Aditya's relationship.

The only problem was, that Kevin was falling more and more in love with her each passing day, in Zoya's case, though she had started to like him, it wasn't as strong. Still, at least her purpose of getting over from Aditya's memories was being fulfilled. Kevin's genuine respect and adoration were slowly, yet steadily healing her wounds and teaching her to be herself once more.

They now frequently went on dates, had joined professional Salsa classes together and enjoyed each other's company. they were not "officially" a couple, but they did everything like a couple. Ashu was so happy with her friend's progress, she thanked God for bringing Kevin to Zoya.

One night, Kevin took Zoya to dinner to a beautiful boat restaurant. He had planned to propose her, tonight.
