"Kai", I heard pounding on the door. Then Kai started to stir..
Shit.
"Kai wake up", I pushed on him.
"Kai", my dad continues to pound.
"What happened?", he asks sheepishly
"My dad. He's gonna break the door down".
"Fuck", he mumbles.
"What do I do", I panic frantically.
"Relax we have a shared bathroom. Go into the restroom, act like you were there the entire time", he shrugs sheepishly. I nod and began to speed walk to the restroom. Luckily my side is closed. Thank god it's locked too.
"Come in", I heard Kai yell. I press my ear to the door and listen.
"Have you seen Jayleen. I I went into her room she's not there. I know she stayed out late with Kaden and Caelynn. I'm worried", he says, I heard this tone he is seriously worried.
"I think I heard her in the restroom actually", he says sleepily.
Then I heard the door close, a few seconds later my bathroom door is being knocked on.
"Hun?", he calls.
"Yeah dad?", I reply.
"Oh my god thank god. I thought you weren't home", he admits.
"No I was about to take a shower actually", I tell him, he lets me know that breakfast will be ready when I'm done and began to brush my teeth.
Wow that was really close. I'm never gonna let that happen ever again.
I decided to wear these pajamas that my dad bought me recently. I want to get on his good side.

When I walk down stairs I can smell the pancakes and bacon. Yum. When I reach the end of the stairs Kai is there with a cup of coffee.
"Good morning", he smiles handing me the cup. It's just like I like it. Perfect.
"Thank you", I smile.
"Nice PJ's", he smirks.
"My dad bought these for me, thank you very much", I smile proudly taking another gulp of the hot liquid glory.
