So I've been playing Minecraft the past few days bc I'm bored and lemme tell you

Those dang villagers need to keep the heck away from my house they keep barging in and using MY bed like bro?? I spent the whole afternoon mining for iron so I could make shears to get wool, looked everywhere for cute flowers to make pretty dye, and chopped down a bunch of trees all to make a nice bed and YOU??? decide to sleep in it??
And they just GRUNT in response??

"So what's the big mission you said I have to do?" Bucky asked as he followed Tony down the hall of the Avengers compound.

"I'm gonna be away for the weekend to attend some meetings. While I'm gone, I need you to look over-"

"Hey, Mr. Stark!" Peter cheered as he bounced over to his mentor.

"Perfect timing, kid! Manchurian Candidate, I need you to look over Peter."

"Mr. Stark! I don't need a babysitter!"

Tony rolled his eyes. Peter may be a genius, but he's a five year old at heart. Just because he has spidey sense doesn't mean he has common sense.

"He'll let you put magnets on his arm if you behave."

"Deal!"

Bucky shifted in his seat while Peter sipped on his fifth juice box. He wasn't the best with kids, so the soldier had no idea why he was chosen to babysit the billionaire's son. He glanced down at his metal arm now decorated with colorful stickers and magnets. Most of them were references to something called "vine."

"Hey, Mr. White Wolf Bucky Sir?"

"Peter, you can call my Bucky."

"Oh, ok... Bucky-"

"Good."

"-Sir."

Bucky shook his head and slightly chuckled to himself. "What did you wanna ask me, squirt?"

"Ned said he can't come over to help me build my new LEGO set. Do you wanna help? I mean, you don't have to if you don't wanna- I don't wanna make you spend the whole weekend with me-"

"Sure, kid," Bucky smiled.

Sam looked everywhere for Bucky. He had spent the whole day planning an amazing prank that poor Bucky would be the victim of.

While passing by the bedrooms, Sam heard the sound of muffled laughter behind Peter's door. He peaked inside to check out the noise and saw none other than his nephew and frenemy playing with LEGOs and watching vines on Peter's TV.

Bucky tossed a pillow at Peter before the boy latched onto the ceiling. He burst into a fit of giggles.

"Stahp! I coulda dropped my croissant!"

"We need to work on how you say 'croissant,' squirt."

Sam decided he'd play his prank another day.

The rest of the weekend was full of laughter as Peter showed Bucky all of his favorite hobbies. For the first time in what felt like ages, Bucky felt peaceful, joyful, and ecstatic all at once. Steve smiled lovingly at his nephew that managed to make the soldier smile and laugh for days.

Tony, however, was not as overjoyed when he returned home to see that the whole team was now addicted to vines. This caught his attention when Happy was driving Peter, Bucky, Nat, Bruce, Clint, Steve, Thor, Tony and himself to the mall. Bucky saw a 'road work ahead' sign and smirked.

"Road work ahead?"

"UH, YEAH I SURE HOPE IT DOES," roared everyone but Tony and Happy.

There was very audible sigh coming from the drivers seat.
