Is this for real? He's the only one that calls me that.

"Do you wanna get something to eat before we go home?"

School just ended and Kino and I are currently walking home, while his arm is on my shoulder as always.

"Sure, roasted sweet potatoes?"

He grinned at me, we really do share the same brain cell. ;)

"My treat." Kino said and winked at me as my lips curve into a smile.

We were eating and laughing when my phone suddenly vibrated.

[Seorin-ah! Someone's waiting for you here. Go home early, okay?]

He then ended the call.

"Who was it?"

"Hui, he could've just texted me though." I shrugged.

"What did he say?"

"Someone at home's waiting for me." I casually said.

He furrowed his brows, "Let's see who it is then."

He got my hand and intertwined his fingers and started walking.

While walking, I saw a familiar car pass by. My eyes widened when I realized it was my parents'. They might see me holding hands, oh no.

I pulled Kino and started running. "Yah what's the rush?"

"Nothing, hihi." He looked unconvinced but I just smiled at him.

If my parents just passed by then it means that they aren't the one waiting for me at home. So who could it be?

We arrived at our doorstep with Kino's hand still holding mine. "I have a gut feeling that it's a man, waiting for you."

I raised an eyebrow and opened the door, to be greeted by a man seating on a chair.

I looked at him with surprise and excitement in my eyes, he smiled at me.

"Yuto!" I ran to him and pulled him into a tight hug.

Yuto, my childhood best friend is back.

"How have you been?" he asked with such a sweet smile.

Kino scoffed as I release Yuto from the hug. "I'm fine and happy, what about you?"

I noticed a smile playing on Kino's lips. A smile that's really cute.

Yuto stared at Kino, completely forgetting about my question until I coughed.

"Oh, I'm fine. It's our vacation so I decided to visit you here." I nodded and stared at him. He raised an eyebrow at me and I smiled sheepishly.

"I guess you two are gonna have a bonding together or whatever since you're reunited. I'm gonna go now." Kino said then walked towards me.

He kissed my forehead and smiled before he left, leaving me as red as a tomato. Yuto's eyebrows were knitted together as he looked at me.

"Are you guys a thing?"

I immediately blushed and smacked his arm. He smirked.

"He's cute." he mumbled with a smile. But fortunately, I heard it.
