On be ride back I couldn't even bare to even to look at my dad because how he could he just all of sudden show up thinking everything is okay when it isn't. A few minutes later marshall had told me that we had arrived back  to the house I told him thank you here is $200 if you don't mind can you please drop my dad off at one of main hotel land make sure he gets in safely. Before I got out my dad had asked me if he could see his grandchildren and at that  moment  I wasn't sure whether to let him. I told why should when you clearly didn't care enough to call or write me. That when he said its not that I didn't want to but I ended up losing my job as cop and then I got in trouble with some very bad people and it didn't end well I ended up getting arrested I just got out a week ago. Before I said something that  I was about to regret I got out and went inside. As soon as I entered Jessica came up to me and asked me if I was okay I told yeah I am fine I think I am going to check on Allen and Kassandra I be right back in a few minutes she said okay your mom in there now rocking Allen back to sleep and Lucy is doing the same thing with Kassandra I told her thanks. When I come back I will let everyone know the details for Tomorrow she said okay. As I make my way down the hall  Danny seen me and asked me if I was alright I told him not really but when you get a minute I need to talk to you and can I asked you do me a favor. He said yeah no problem I had ask him if he could go find Tani and Junior for me and have them meet me in the kitchen let them know I will be in there a few minutes. He said okay will do.  After he left to go find them as I made my to go check up on Kassandra and Allen I couldn't stop thinking about Joshua and my what my dad would have said if he had met Joshua. I finally made it to the room where I found my mom and Lucy  before I enter I stopped because I heard singing I wasn't sure if was my mom or Lucy. I stood in doorway for a few minutes thinking to myself maybe after tomorrow it won't be so hard for us because I have plenty of help and support. After the singing stop I made my way over to my mom and she handed me Allen who was almost asleep. She then got up and told that she would be back in a little while to check up on her grandchildren. I told her okay. As I gently switch Allen into a better position I slowly rocked him and a few minutes he was out like a light. I then gently layed him in his  bassinet and thenp went over to Lucy and I told her whatever song you were just singing it was beautiful she looked up at me and said thank you I think Kassandra loved it too because she fell fast asleep and I can't seem to stop staring at her precious face. I told her it's okay that just means she going be well loved bypp her aunt Lucy a little more. She smiled and asked if she could put her back in her bassinet. I told yeah and that I have to talk with Tani and Junior she okay and then we left the room a few minutes later I met up with Tani and Junior in the kitchen. I had ask them if they didn't helping me out with a personal favor. They had agree to fill in steve. I then went on to tell them about my dad and everything he told me and they looked at me I that's when I had asked them if they wouldn't mind going to the hotel unknown to see what my dad was up to. They said wouldn't  mind at all, besides Tani said that both her and Junior have been looking for  a way to pick up an extra shift plus she that would give a chance to use that new dress and tux they had gotten and from what I hear there is a special event at the hotel for all the guests there.  Know it makes perfectly good sense on what marshall meant when he sent me a text message got two tickets to a special event and I notice your dad in line as well but he did see me but he wasn't  there alone their were two other very big armed guys with him. He than said tickets will be in your mail box. Toni and Junior had then suggest I take Danny with me as my plus one and not ll worry because Steve and Jake are going to there as well I guess marshall had gotten ahold of Steve and Jake and told them what was going on. I told them both thank you and if your please excuse me I have to go let Jessica and my mom  know that I have to go back to the hospital I am needed to do a surgery and i am the only one they  could find on short notice. As I left the kitchen I seen my mom and Jessica and as I made my way them I noticed my name mom was holding her chest I could tell she was having a hard time breathing I could tell Jessica was staring to panic because she wasn't sure what was going to happen next. Then all of a sudden my mom just fell hard to the floor I made my way over to her I tapped my mom to see if she would responded when she didnt I check her pulse I didn't feel one. I had asked some one to call 911 and then hand me the phone. I immediately began CPR. A few minutes later Noah gave the phone the lady on the other end asked me my name and I told it was Ashlynn Edwards then then asked me what happen I told her my mom was holding her chest and then just fell to the floor. I then told I am a RN  for both children and adults and I am also a neonatal surgeon my badge number is 345696 I work at the main hospital here in Hawaii if you can please let Stephanie Haynes know as soon as possible. The lady than said no worries Ashlynn Stephanie was the first one to be contacted and since there are no available ambulances  at this time I am sending air care to your location I told her thank you.  A few minutes later  I had asked Jessica and Janice and Lucy if they could get the twins ready and in their car seats they nodded their head then headed for the nusery. I had asked Junior if him and Danny can go outside and see if air care had arrived. I checked her pulse once again and still nothing then I heard Junior yell air care just landed. As the air care paramedics got out Danny had lead them inside and once they got over to where I was I notice it was Brooklyn and Ken they look at me and said hi Ashlynn i told them hi a few minutes later Ken went back to grab the back board and gurney then they had  gently lifted my mom on there once she was on she started to sieze so Brooklyn gave my mom something to help with that. She then asked me if I was going to ride with them I told her yeah most definitely before I left the house I grabbed my keys and my ID badge and then went outside before I got all the way in the helicopter I told junior to have Jessica danny you Toni and Jake meet me at the hospital also tell Jessica and Danny that theres a to go bag all ready for the twins. He nodded and said okay. A few minutes later we in the air and on our way. I watched Brooklyn finish hooking up the machines to my mom then all of a sudden they started going crazy Ken had asked Brooklyn what had happen she then told Ken she started to flat line Brooklyn had asked me if I could start CRP while she radioed in to let them know to be ready right away and that we would be landing in a few minutes. Before we landed Brooklyn had told to stop CPR for now and make sure to grab on to the bar above your head I  immediately stopped and grab the bar then before I knew it we had landed and Brooklyn got out then Ken got out after then they had gotten the gurney out then I had gotten out I had asked Ken if they could use an extra hand in helping my mom he said honestly Ashlynn I think we are good I know you really want to help but the best thing for you to do is let your aunt and her team work. Don't worry I know you and I pknow your mom is in excellent hands. A few minutes later as my aunt had sent her team ofvdoctors to the elevator she made her way to me and had asked me if I was okay to do the surgery we are almost all set we just need you to review the case and explain to Mrs Conwin the process and procedure of everything that we will be doing. She also told me not to worry about my mom her team of doctors will keep in formed on everything so just focus your mind on something else. My aunt then handed me Bethany's file as I look at the file I noticed that she did not have a next of kin on file. It only read

After I was done looking at her file I was thinking in my head on how I can give Bethany all the risks of this very long and very difficult procedure, of having to separate both her twin girls. I made my way over to my aunt  who was standing in front of Bethany's room my looked at me  and said to me are you ready to do this i know its a lot to ask right but at any time  if you need a break don't be afraid to let me know I will be more than glad to step in for you, seeing as the surgery is at least 12 to 14 hours. I told I am good to go trust me I believe that by the end of this very long procedure Mrs Bethany will be happy and she hopefully have healthy twins. Then my aunt asked me are you ready to do the honors. I enter Bethany's room and the first thing I did was apply hand sanitizer. As did my aunt. I the introduced myself to her. Hi Bethany my name is Ashlynn Edwards i was brought in to help with your surgery. I can see you a little stressed by the looks of the monitor it's okay I total understand but I need you to do something for me. Can you take a deep breathe in and slowly let it out. As she did I then I made my way over to her and check both babies heart beat I was really impressed  by the sound of them I then took her vitals one last time after I was finish I once again I applied hand sanitizer. Then I began to go over the risks of the procedure and how long we were expected to have her in there for. She looked at me and said thank you and I have faith that you are the one who will help my twins after the are born. I told her I can't guarantee that the will both make it seeing as this a very risky procedure. She said I understand. Then my aunt got everything all set for us to move her down into OR 1.
