Stay with me Ashlynn stay with me  is the last thing I remember hearing before everything around me went black. Even though everything around me is black I see a bright white glowing figure coming toward me. For the first time in my life I felt abandon afraid, not sure what was going to happen next. I tell myself. " okay Ashlynn be strong everything will be okay. Before I knew it the bright white light was close enough for me to see it was Joshua. I couldn't believe it, not sure what to say it took me a few minutes to come up with something.
Me: Joshua I thought you died
Joshua: I am dead your dreaming about me. You were shot and are currently unconscious.
Me: I miss you so much, not sure if you knew but both Allen and Kassandra are healthy. In 2 days they'll be 1 month old. Everytime I look at Allen I see you
Joshua: I know trust me when say I miss you guys all of you. I am begging you Ashlynn please don't give up them. They need you fight to say alive. Do it for them. I have to go back now but promise me you will move on and find someone to help you through this. I love you guys so very much give Kassandra and Allen a kiss from me.
Before I had the chance to tell him I loved him he disappeared and I could hear someone calling my name as I struggle to open my eyes I tell myself don't be afraid you are strong you are loved and you will get through this. I finally open my eyes I see bright lights. I look to the right and see nothing but tons of what appear to be get well soon cards along with a nice big bouquet if flower and stuff bear holding a heart that says. I love you. When I look to the left I see steve and some guy who I haven't met before. As I try to sit up I feel nothing but pure pain on my upper left side, Steve tells the guy to go and get the nurse. A few minutes later the nurse comes in with a smile and says to me " Ashlynn go to see you awake you gave us quite a scare. I am going to check your stitches and change your bandage and then go and your aunt knows that your awake. As she nears the left side of the bed I look at steve with a worried look. My mind automatically wonders if Allen and Kassandra are okay. Steve must have read my mind because he told me don't worry they are staying with Jessica and Jake until you are able to go home. I whispered the words thank you to him. He then told me that someone by the name of Gavin was here to see you he claims to be your brother. Before I had a chance to say something the doctor walked in. As I tried to sit up I held my breath so I wouldn't scream out in pain. A few minutes later steve had entered and told me that Gavin was wondering if he can come and visit with me, at that moment I wasn't sure what to say. Danny must have read my mind he had asked steve if he wanted to go the cafe across the street to get some coffee with him , no sooner had they left Dr. Gabriel had asked me how I was doing. I told him I felt like I've been through a never ending boxing match.
