chapter 4

As I made my way down to the room to say my last goodbyes to my mom. I tried not to cry. I thought to my self why me, I don't understand why everything has to happen to me, first Joshua and now my mom. As I waited for elevator I had seen Jessica Janice Danny and Jake I had asked Jessica where Allen and Kassandra were she said Lucy and Derek are with them in the waiting area we had asked the nurse if there was any new updates and she told us to head up the 7th floor. I told them that's what my aunt had said too. Finally an elevator arrives and we all get on as we ride it up to the 7th floor it was nothing but silence as I was sure everyone was thinking the same thing I was and that was how they were going to say they're going say their final goodbyes to someone so dear  and close to their heart. The elevator had finally stopped and everyone got off as I made my way off I stood outside  for a few minutes , Danny had noticed and told everyone else to go ahead that he would be there in a few. He then made his way over to me and said that he was going to go get some air and had asked me to tag along. As we make our way  down to main lobby Danny had asked me if I was still wanted to the big event tonight at the hotel I told yeah I would still like to it might get my mind off things and who know it might even bring my mind to rest knowing that my so called Dad is doing what he always does best being himself and not caring about anyone. Danny then told me we have at least 4 hours before we have to leave and I know you still have to find a dress that very formal so if you want to we can skipped getting some air and get a quick snake from the cafeteria then you can go do what you have to do if you want me in there that's fine if not I completely understand. I told him sounds like plan, and i don't mind if  you came in with me. He didn't hesitate to say okay not a problem.
