chapter 7

I told Gavin that I had go but and that I would see him at 7:15 he said " not a problem I completely understand I know your busy thanks so much for letting me meet up with you". I told him "not a problem." After I hung up with him I stepped out of the car and made my way over to Tani and Junior were, once we had gotten our vests on, we made our way to up toward the house. Tani had knocked and then we waited for someone to answer. while we waited we all got got a text message from Steve with all the important info it read : 

Steve: Ivan waters born in the us hometown Georgia moved to Hawaii 5 years ago married to Maya waters they have a 13 year old son Brad. 

A few minutes later Mrs waters opened the door 

Mrs. waters :  Hi can I help?

Tani: Hello Mrs waters my name Tani Anderson and this is Danny Williams and Junior Anderson and we are with the Five-O task force. Is your husband home? 

Mrs Waters: No not at the moment you just missed him, he went to go meet up with a buddy a few blocks over.

Junior:  Well Mrs Waters we do u happen to have the address we just need to ask him what he saw this morning someone from your house called in a tip telling one are other officers that he witness the shooting this morning and we really need to talk to him he might be able to help us catch whoever it was that shot at a cops funeral 

Mrs Waters: I wish I knew the address but Ivan never really tells me much all I really ever get when he goes out to buddies house is  I'm going a few blocks over or I"ll be back later don't wait up for me. 

Tani and junior gave me a look and that's when quickly thought of quick plan in my head because I got the same vibe they did that Maya was definitely lying so decided to see how my plan was going to play out. 

Mrs Waters you do know lying to any police officer will result in us taking you down to police headquarters and results in us also  having you booked for at least 24 or until you decide you want to talk because technically you interfering with our  police investigation or we simply bring your brad for illegal use of drugs and since he is only 13 good luck trying to find a good enough lawyer to argue his case because I can grantee you me the rest of my team were  to go and talk to your so grantee that he will run because my team and team won't hesitate to go and find out. 

Mrs water: okay okay I will give you the information you need please jut leave brad out of this. 

Thank you Mrs waters now can you please do us a favor and call Ivan and tell him that you need him to come home due to a emergency. 

Mrs Waters: okay hey Ivan I need you to come home brad is hurt real bad and I need the car so I can take him to the hospital okay thanks 

Tani: Thanks Mrs Waters now if you will come with us and you  and brad can wait for Ivan to come that way everyone is safe and sound. 

I gave Junior the go ahead to go gather Brad and to fill him in. Once Junior had disappeared I had pulled Tani  off to the side and told her that once both Mrs Waters and brad are safe in the car please take them headquarters and fill in Steve. A few minutes later Junior had returned and i made sure that both Mrs. Waters and brad had made it safely into the car. Not even a few minutes later a white car had pulled up and i knew right away it was Ivan at that point I knew I had to give Tani the go ahead right away Tani looked at me knew exactly what she needed to do. As I made my way over Ivan Tani didn't waste any time pulling out of the driveway once i knew that both Mrs waters and brad were far enough away both Junior and I  had step closer to the car. I then looked at Junior and he looked at me ,not even a few minutes later he yelled at Ivan to turn the car off then slowly step out with  his hands where we can see them.  A few minutes later Ivan came out with his hands up, both junior and i quickly moved towards him.
