We were seven years old, playing in the snow without a care in the world. We were children after all and negative subjects such as politics, the news and disasters were the least of our worries as we grinned and skipped around our brand new snowman. Who had a carrot nose that was crooked and his smile wonky.

The only world we knew was my best friend Archie and I. Creating new things and having the best time of our lives. Archie and I were inseparable. Play dates after school were a must even though we had spent the whole day together at school.

Together..we were partners until the end of time. Creating, imagining and venturing was what we bonded over at a young age. Archie was the best friend I could have ever asked for. He was sweet, kind and giving. He shared his food with me and as I too with him. He was what you could describe as the Chandler to my Joey or the Monica to my Rachel.

Archie was the polar opposite to his older brother, Harry. He was the boy who plucked flowers from the garden to give to every single one of his friends. Harry was the one to throw a punch at whoever peeved him off at school. Archie was a gentle soul..Harry was a moody teenager at age twelve whose soul was of the evil kind.

I remember the day Archie and I had built our very first snowman together. We were oblivious to say the least, hadn't had a clue especially when Harry had stormed over and took his anger out on our perfectly innocent Snowman. We were young and clueless when it came to teenagers and their random outbursts of anger and sharp tones.

He was this angry, judgemental, sexually frustrated boy, who took entertainment in frustrating his parents, Leona and Ian, to the point they had to drop him off to his strict grandparents house for him to calm down.

He, for no good reason, had hated Archie with a passion and despised me for being Archie's partner in crime. But me being the young girl I was, I hadn't let Harry offend me at all due to not only my cluelessness, but also due to my lack of attention span towards the boy when he would drop snide comments about my frizzy curly hair, my acne and braces. I was never bothered by the way he snickered at me with his friend Zayn as they walked by Archie's room. I was as oblivious as one could get but as soon as I hit eleven years old, i realised just how truly mean Archie's brother was. The sixteen year old boy with anger issues had moved out and wasn't seen ever again.

The moment he went to attend boarding school in Tuscany Italy, was the moment everybody had finally caught their breath and relaxed. He was a heavy weight on everyone's shoulders, weighing them down to the point they were near to a mental break down.

My poor memory could only remember the bad traits about Harry, and no matter how hard someone were to try and convince me that the boy had changed, I would stand my ground and completely disregard the very thought of Harry being nice.
