• Five Days Later •
It's been almost a week since Harry was over and everything that I thought I knew about him was completely thrown out the window and replaced with something much more serious.
Harry at boarding school?
Lie.
No contact for all those years?
Half lie. He was obviously in contact with our parents.
I bet all those random trips that they took up the coast was actually to visit Harry at some facility.
All those years I thought he was in Italy at some strict boarding school..but it turns out he was in the same state as I. I'm not angry or upset, I'm just really shocked that's all. Maybe I can admit that the guilt was definitely there as well.
I treated him so badly.
"Oh god." I groan, remembering how I had punched him across the face the first time I had seen him. I was so harsh.
He just got home from a fucking clinic and here I was punching him and treating him like shit because I thought he was selfish and didn't deserve to be back home. When in fact I was the selfish one for thinking he had no right to be back here talking to our parents and socialising with Kina.
Oh my god. Kina?
Does she know?
Is that why she was so nice to him?
"Babe, what's wrong?" Alissa sends me a worried expression from where she sits on my bed as I shake my head and place my face in my hands. I'm so annoyed at myself.
"Nothing." I reply. Not wanting to worry her as I stand and grab my phone. Feeling her eyes watching me with curiosity as I shoot Kina a message.
I've been trying to contact Harry for days but he's been ignoring my messages and hasn't replied to our parents about dinner plans. I could tell they were getting worried about Harry. Especially Mum as she was probably thinking he was trying to hurt himself.
Geez I feel sick even thinking like that.
I hate the thought of Harry even trying to harm himself.
Me: Hey Kina, sorry to bother but have you seen Harry lately? Let me know asap pls
Instantly she replies and I assume she must be home from work now and is able to see her notifications.
