Meeting

"River!" I called as I walked through his headquarters. There were men walking around watching me like I was nuts. I am aware of the small amount of women who walk through this facility let alone use their Boss' first name. Then again I'm a pregnant woman.

"Hey there Kit Kat, what's up?" Noah came jogging up and I smiled as we walked together. Noah flew in a couple weeks after we got here.

"I'm trying to find Riv, I want to go baby shopping." I pouted and Noah chuckled. I just hit my second trimester and I've had a rude awakening how fast my baby is gonna be here.

"You realize you have 6 months left?" Noah asked and I grumbled something about 'that's what Vi told me'.

"I don't care. Where is my boyfriend?" I went running and saw his office. I barged in and he looked up angered then recognizes me and relaxes.

"Hey love," River smiled and patted his lap and I plopped down right on him. I looked at his paperwork as he wrapped his arms around my stomach. He pressed kisses to my neck as I began writing where he left off.

"I want to go baby shopping." I whined turning in his hold so my feet dangled through the slots under the arm rests.

"We can do that this weekend?" He suggested and I hummed laying on his chest as he scooted forward returning to his job.

"River, Katy is looking for you but I lost her. She took off running." Noah announces through the door without opening. I laugh as I have better clearance here than he does.

"You ran?" He sent me a glare and I grumbled knowing he's gonna yell at me. Stupid Noah gets me in trouble, and gets to hide behind a door.

"Yeah. Noah was being a jerk." I crossed my arms and he chuckled, it's not like I sprinted I just jogged. My ankles hurt a bit doing that but here I am resting them so it's ok.

"Noah I've got her here." River replies and then there were footsteps retreating. Ya take that Noah I'm way ahead of you!

"I ran, only cause he wouldn't tell me where you were!" I stood up stretching and I heard a few pops. My small bump made me look like I gained a beer belly.

River was about to answer when there was a knock at the door. I opened the door and there was a relatively tall man. He was clean shaven and he looked well put together with his suit.

"River there's some man at the door for you." I shrug and River rolled his eyes, I mean it was obvious that there was someone there.

"Love we aren't home. I can see the man all right." River gestured for the man to come in and I went back around the desk. I planted myself back on Rivers lap. He had no argument so I was content, his arms wrapped around me and I planted my head in his shoulder.

"Love? You married? Having a baby?" The man asked like he'd seen the pigs fly. Hehe, them pigs don't fly. Except for Doritos.

"Santiago this is my American girlfriend, Katy. She's having our baby." Rivers hand found its way to the small bump and I smiled doing some of Rivers work.

"I got threats about some guy.... Reigns?" Santiago took a seat and I looked up. He's going after other people? This man is an Italian like the rest but I don't think he belongs to our mafia?

"What did he have to say?" River asked and I tried to play off my astonishment. I just continue to do the work for River.

"He accuses me of stealing his daughter, yet I know nothing of his child." He led his gaze to me and River gripped my hips a bit harder. "Now as I understand, you must be the missing child. Seeming from Rivers reaction and the lack of excitement in your gorgeous eyes. You would have to be the missing child of this psychopath."

"I'm Kathrine May Reigns\Madden." I nod confirming my identity. He smirked at himself, arrogant I'm assuming, I already wanna kill this bitch.

"How did you, a very beautiful woman such as yourself end up with this young amateur?" He asked and I giggled as he hit on me. I quickly stopped shaking my head, River was less than amused and gave me a look.

"I'm sorry, how old do you think I am?" I asked and his mouth opened and shut a few times. "I'm 18." I nod and River placed his head in my shoulder.

"Well, I thought you'd be older since you're pregnant..." he gulped and I giggled just as Noah barged in. River glares because he just barged in.

"Justice ummmm, justice asked me out." He stuttered and I smile turning my head hitting River's softly.

"Ow baby that hurt." River caressed the side of his head and I kissed it. He is such a baby himself, oh but don't tell anyone that the big bad mafia leader is a softie.

"That's great Noah, what did you say?" I asked giddy also forgetting about the dumb oaf sitting in my boyfriends office watching us. I don't care for what he as to say anymore he's a dick.

"I said yes but also whined that I was supposed to do that! I was planning a big ass night and shit. She beat me to it!" He grumbled and slumped into a seat across from us.

"I'm sorry, you know us two we go for it. Even if it's nontraditional. How do you think I ended up with our kid?" I laughed and Noah nodded with a smirk and River slapped my thigh.

"Kate why don't you go with Noah. I'll finish this boring meeting and we can go out for ice cream after?" He pressed a kiss to my temple. He may have posed it as a question but there what no budging.

"Okay, Noah. Can we go watch the men in the pit?" I jumped up and sauntered over to Noah who wrapped an arm around me. They all watched me carefully, they all act as if I'm gonna break in two just by walking.

That may have something to do with me tripping on the stairs two days ago and crying. Hormones and being clumsy don't mix well.

"Be careful with her. Someone could easily take the two very important people in your life. Based on her muscle mass she's got no defense." The man announced and Noah wasn't ready for me to bolt round and knock the man onto his butt holding his bruising jaw.

"I can hit harder, you piece of bull honkey." I yelled and grabbed Noah making my way out. As I left the room I could hear Rivers chuckles and Santiago's groaning. Fucking hate when people underestimate me.

"Well firecracker, lets see what's good?" Noah directed us to the training pit and I watched as the men sparred. Noah glances at my bruising hand but I barely even feel it.

"Well hello there little lady, who knocked you up?" One of the men snickered and I snickered right back at the little fucker. I am not in the fucking mood.

"Why of all days are people testing me?" I grumbled and Noah chuckled rubbing my back. I sent a glare at the man and Noah took over explaining.

"This is the bosses girlfriend. I would stop insulting her, she took out five of our men in America on a school day." Noah warned and I nodded remembering that amazing day. I smirked but then quickly took it off my face to appear more intimidating.

"Yeah! They were all pissy because they were destroying my best friends iq." I shrugged and rubbed my hand on my small bump. "Either way it was a good day."

"Love, we should get going! The ice cream shop closes soon." River came walking down and I smiled holding my arms up. "Want me to carry you?" He asked and I nodded falling comfortable with him around.

"My feet hurt." I whined quietly and he chuckled as he effortlessly lifted me into his arms. What a man, so kind to me even when I weigh more than normal.

"It's okay love. Were they giving you any trouble?" He looked at Noah for this question and Noah chuckled. Yeah they were, but all they needed was a bit of clarity to be taken care of.

"Nothing the firecracker couldn't handle. Now go on and get out of here. The men have been eyeing her like a piece of meat." Noah made shoo gestures and River chuckled carrying me out the door.
