PART 13
Hey guys! Questions of the day is:
"How much time do girls have to get ready in basic"
So, in the mornings you don't have time to do your hair. You'll probably at best have a little extra time to brush your teeth. You'll always have time to use the bathroom in the mornings though but that's about it. In the mornings you go straight to the bathroom, rush back to your racks and get told to get dressed.
But when they day is over, you'll have time to shower and plenty of time to do your hair at night. You'll definitely have time to do your hair at square away time or as most of us did-we did it after lights. And you don't have to worry about having to do your hair everyday! In bootcamp, we used SO MUCH PRODUCT that we could go DAYS to a WEEK without doing our hair, and even after days our hair would still look decent. So make sure to put a lot of product in. You DO NOT need to cut your hair. If you have frizzy hair DONT DO IT, but if you naturally have straight hair then that is fine, that will make your life a lot more easier actually.
I also might as well go over marine corps Slang in bootcamp :) these are the only words that you'll be taught to say. So forget about your civilian way of saying things.
