Amelia POV
I made sure no vampires or werewolves were around when I snuck into the room with the coffins. I opened the first one and recognized it as Finn, the second oldest Mikaelson. The next one was a girl, Rebekah I preassume. The third was another man and he was strikingly handsome. His brown hair nearly matched Elijah's. The fourth coffin was in the far corner of the room. Esther's.
I looked at the other three coffins. If I awake Esther she's going to be mad and until she gets her revenge won't let me wake up the others.
I'm going to undo the siblings this morning and Esther later. Besides, it'll take awhile for them to awaken.
I was sitting on the living room couch when Niklaus came storming through with another handsome man.
"Amelia, this is Lucien. Lucien, you remember Amy?"
Lucien sped over to me. "Forgive me, you used to have red hair, right?"
I scoffed. "So ninteen fifties."
Lucien chuckled. "Then yes, I remember dear Amy."
I looked over at the raging Nik. "What happened?"
Niklaus sneered. "Elijah undaggered my family. So I redaggered them."
I raised an eyebrow. "Not going to question it any further. Good luck with your family issues, Nik."
"Thanks alot," he scoffed.
"Nik," I sighed. "You know your like an older brother to me, but I don't want to be caught up in the family drama. I used to have enough as it is. I can help you but I won't get involved between you and your family."
Nik scoffed again. "Elijah better not come home tonight. He's lucky I'm not hunting him right now."
I exchanged a look with Lucien who only shrugged.
I picked up my newly bought wallet off the table. "I'm going out for a drink."
Lucien walked after me. "I'm coming with you."
I quirked an eyebrow at him.
"What?" He shrugged. "When you listen to Niklaus complain for two hours, it gets kind of annoying and a drink is needed. And I only have brandy at my house, so..."
I chuckled as we walked into the Grill.
There weren't many people here, just two guys and a bartender.
Lucien was ordering a drink when I hear one of the guys ask about us.
"I remember her," one guy said. "She's the girl that asked about the vampire and let us leave with Elena."
I turned back to look at the boys and smirked. Then o leaned over to Lucien.
"Those two vamps over there are in love with the doppelganger. Nik wants the doppelganger for the sacrifce, member?"
Lucien grinned evily at me. "Maybe we should do some persuading?"
I smirked up at him and we both made our way over to the boys.
"Hello," Lucien said cooly. "I'm Lucien Castle, a friend of Niklaus Mikaelson and a dear friend of Amelia Claire over here. I've heard your very fond of the Gilbert woman, yes?"
Both boys looked at each other and I bust out laughing.
All three boys looked down at me but Lucien was smirking.
"Sorry lads," Lucien chuckled. "I was only joking. Lucien Castle." He held out his hand.
"Damon Salvatore," the raven haired boy said.
The blonde guy said his name is Stefan.
"I'm amazed," Lucien said. "Hardly anyone has killed an Original. Technically, me and Amelia are Originals ourselves. Were nearly the same age as the oldest Original sibling."
"I'm nine hundred and ninety nine, Luc. Hardly counts."
Lucien smiled. "I'm a thousand and fourty two, love."
I rolled my eyes and smoothed down my jacket. "And your a sadistic bastard," I smirked.
Lucien chuckled. "Point made."
I took a sip of my drink which was highly intoxicating filled with vodka.
"Lucien," I growled, turning towards him. "Are you try to get me drunk?"
All three guys choked back laughter and I couldn't see what was so funny.
"Go to bloody hell," I snarled. "All of you."
I dumped out the contents in the sink. I heard a crash ignored it. Those boys are fools. When I got home I locked myself in my room. I didn't undagger the Mikaelson siblings, so it must've been Elijah. Didn't Klaus say it was? My head was so fuzzy I couldn't remember my name. Something must've been in the drink, something bad. Something that can't take effect on me fastly because I'm nearly a thousand years old.
"Vervain," I choked our before everything went black. My eyes fluttered open to find myself looking up at six pairs of anxious eyes staring down at me. I sat up in a blur.
"I'm going to bloody kill the bloody man that bloody put the bloody vervain in my bloody cup!" I yelled, jumping down from the table and pushing past the unknown people.
"I've already killed him, love," Klaus pointed out.
I rolled my eyes. "Always the sadastic."
A snort sounded behind me. "Actually that's me, sweet thang."
I frowned and raised an eyebrow. "Niklaus, who the bloody hell is that?"
Elijah chuckled from beside me. "Relax, Amelia. That's my baby brother Kol. Finn is the one standing beside him and Rebekah is next to him."
I took in all of their appearances. "Naturally all of you would be hot."
Niklaus bust out laughing. Everyone turned to him in shock but he kept howling.
"Nik, if you don't shut up I'm going to murder you!" I screamed at him.
"I'm sorry, love," he said through the chuckling. "I never expected to hear that come from such an innocent girl. As far as I remember, you've never even dated a man yet?"
I snarled at him. "Men aren't worth my time. Look at yourself, Niklaus. Do I really want to be stuck with anything compared to you?"
He stopped laughing and widened his eyes. "Does my best friend really think that low of me?"
I rolled my eyes. "Seriously, Niklaus? I was joking. Now get out of my face before I eat it!"
"Ooo," the one named Kol says. "Feisty, I like it."
I turned and flashed my vampire face for effect. "Shut it, asshole. You can't use me as your toy because I'm nearly as old as you!"
He chuckled and eyes me curiously before leaving. Rebekah walked up to me.
"I can tell me and you are going to get along very well. Want to go shopping?"
I latched my arms with hers. "Do you have to ask?"
We walked out the door of the mansion, directly into the sunlight."Like that wasn't anything ridiculous!" Rebekah yelled as we stumbled through the door of Klaus's mansion.
Niklaus and Elijah were standing their, arms crossed.
"Oh, look," I fake gasped. "It's the fashion police!"
Me and Rebekah bust out laughing.
"How much have you two had to drink?" Niklaus asked, a smug smile on his lips.
I shrugged and nearly fell into the table next to me. "Oh, you know, the occasional tabs of bourbon!"
Niklaus shook his head, chuckling to himself. Elijah was studying me, as if I was something interesting.
"I can't sieve that one girl tried to wear brown and black together," Rebekah gasped out, laughing. "She look like a monkey into a umpaloopa!"
Niklaus and Elijah gave her a concerned look. I decided it was time to become sober.
"Alright blondie, time for bed," I say, ushering her upstairs.
She poured. "I'm not done partying!"
I rolled my eyes. "You have almost twenty drinks, Bekah. It's time to sleep."
She clutched her head. "I'm going to have a major hangover," she muttered, rubbing her temples.
I scoffed. "Tell me about it, princess."
She laughed all the way up to her room. I opened my door only to see Elijah strolling around, looking pissed off.
"What's wrong?" I asked as I closed my door and stumbled to my bed.
He studied me for a moment. "Your drunk," he said rather slowly.
I nodded. "Definitely not intended though."
Elijah chuckled, clearly amused. "Of course not, Amelia. Of course not."
"Amy," I muttered. He looked at me, confused. "Everyone calls me Amy."
He nodded. "I know. But I feel proper calling you by your birth name."
I rolled my eyes. Stupid thousand year old vampire.
Before we could even continue with our conversation, I passed out.Elijah POV
I was going to begin our conversation when I realized she'd fallen asleep. I pull the covers up over her and watch her sleep for a moment. She looked so peaceful, sp beautiful.
"Damn it!" I heard Niklaus rage from downstairs.
I kissed Amelia's forehead before strolling out of her room, quietly closing the door behind me.
"Niklaus!" I yelled out to my raging brother. He was throwing furniture around and such. "What has anyone done to make you so angry, brother?"
Niklaus gave an exasperated sigh. "Tristian has Hayley and Hope. Lucien has run off, Cami is in possession of Aurora and Kol is dead," Niklaus stated rather simply.
I gave him a shocked look. "We shall return to New Orleans tomorrow morning brother. In the meantime, lets clean up this mess before the girls wake up."
Niklaus nodded and we began our very long night of endless ranting and picking up pieces of broken things.
All the while, I was thinking of the beautiful Amelia, sleeping soundlessly above us.
