After a couple of minutes of meeting some of Ruel's management team, the man of the hour came back from his shower.
I was in a conversation with Chelsea about tour when I felt a set of arms wrap around my shoulders. I looked to my right to see Ruel, his hair still wet, with a big grin on his face.
We continued our conversation before we left. Kenzie went on a walk to explore with Coco as her tour guide.
We were leaving the building, hand in hand. "So, what are we doin', bubs?" I asked, looking up. "It's a surprise." He said with a mischievous grin.
We went to a black Range Rover, and he opened my door for me. I thanked him and stepped inside, buckling up my seatbelt.
After a couple of minutes of jamming out in the car, we arrived at our destination. "Where are we?" I asked, looking over at Ruel.
"Just follow me." He said, giggling. This is not a good idea. He came around the front of the car to hold my hand, and as soon as I saw the sign, I stopped.

Nope. No way am I doing this. I turned around, walking back towards the car. Ruel grabbed me by the arm and brought me back towards the building.
"I am not doing this." I firmly said. "Come on, it'll be fun. I'll be with you the whole time." He said, sticking out his bottom lip.
He knew that was my weakness. Thinking for a second, I knew I would not win this argument. I sighed and grabbed his hand, walking towards the building.
We walked through the doors into the open lobby. We went to the front desk, approaching the friendly woman.
"Hi, we have an appointment for two at 1:30." Ruel said to the woman. "Okay, what's your name?" She asked looking at the computer in front of her.
"Van Dijk." Ruel said, squeezing my hand. "Okay, great!" The lady said with a smile. The lady conducted a health and safety assessment before telling us to take a seat and wait for the rest of our group to arrive.
"Are you scared?" Ruel asked, looking down at me. "Are you serious?" I sarcastically asked, making him laugh. "It's fun, I promise. Plus, today is the perfect weather for climbing." He said, kissing my forehead.
After a couple more minutes of waiting, the rest of our group arrived, and the employee took us to rooms where we would get changed.
I stepped out of the room, feeling stupid because the jumpsuit was different, to put it nicely. However, I felt a lot better when I saw Ruel step out in his outfit. It was a little tight in some places, but I don't mind. (A/N: Chill, horny bitch)
We all stood around a U- shaped pole, listening while our instructor, Mitch, went through the directions.

After a couple of minutes of that, it was time to climb the bridge. Ruel and I went in the middle of the group, I was in front of him.
As soon as I saw how high we would go, I started getting anxious. Ruel saw that I was nervous and gave me a kiss and squeezed my hand.
Once we made our ascent, the nerves that I originally had were gone. The view helped me relax and I need to enjoy it while it lasts.
At the top, we stopped to take pictures and then made our way down.

The tour guide would give cool facts about the bridge and its history on the way up and down. When we finally got back to the building, I was happy.
We got dressed into our original clothes and exited the building. "So, what did you think?" Ruel asked, smiling down at me.
"That was amazing. Thank you." I said, kissing his cheek. "Okay, I'm hungry now. Do you want to go out for dinner?" He asked, unlocking the car. I nodded my head and got in the car.
"There are lots of options, but there's a specific place I want to take you to. So, get dressed up somewhat nicely and then I'll pick you up at your hotel around six." He said, entering the address of my hotel into his phone.
When I was dropped off at the hotel, I went to the empty room. Kenzie is still out with Coco. I put on some music, getting ready to leave at six for dinner.
