Oh, for heaven's sake, who is calling me? I reached over on the nightstand, careful not to move Ella. "Hello?" I answered, my voice groggy. "Ruel? It's Nate. I just wanted to let you know that rehearsals are at three, you're free to do stuff with Ella until then." He said, his voice coming clear through the phone.

"Okay, thanks. I'll see you later." I said, ending the call. I looked down at my bare chest to see Ella resting her head on it. The sheets were tangled over her body, and she looked peaceful.

I started playing with her long blonde hair, careful not to wake her. After a couple of minutes, she started to stir. She opened her eyes and let out a big yawn.

Lifting her head up to look at me, she sleepily asked, "What time is it?" "It's 10." I said, kissing her forehead. She smiled and stretched her arms out. "Do you want to go out for breakfast?" I asked, looking her up and down.

A small blush appeared on her cheeks. "Yeah, I'm just going to take a shower." She said with a smirk. She twirled my messy hair between her fingers and pulled me up so I was sitting up fully. Taking my hand, she led me to the bathroom.

(A/N: I'm so uncomfy right now it's not even funny.)

"What do you want to do today?" I asked the blonde who was blow drying her hair in front of the mirror. "I'm not very familiar with the area, obviously." She said, laughing.

"Well, we can surf at Bondi Beach, if you want." I said, taking one of her brushes. I started brushing out my wet hair. "You're definitely going to have to show me how." She said looking over with her beautiful smile.

"I will teach you my ways, young samurai." I said holding up my hands in a karate pose. She giggled and turned off her blow dryer. "Let's get breakfast and then we can go." She said standing up from her chair.

I nodded, and we left the room and walked to the cafe down the street. "Wow, this is very healthy." I said looking down after gazing at the menu.

"Yeah, it's fine. We can always pig out later." She said with a wink. We ordered our food and waited for the employee to bring it out.

"Are you ready to get your surf on?" I asked, looking over at her. "As ready as I'll ever be." She said looking away from the GPS.

Ella started singing along to the song playing. "Can I get a kiss? And can you make it last forever? I said I'm bout to go to war. I don't know if I'ma see you again." She has her hand curled up to imitate a microphone.

She put the microphone to my mouth. "I said, okay, okay, okay, okidokie, my infatuation. Is translatin' to another form of what you call it? Love." I started rapping.

"Oh yeah, oh yeah, oh yeah, oh yeah, I ain't met you
I've been looking, stuck here waiting for I. Stop the chasing, like an alcoholic." I stopped at a red light and turned to Ella, who joined in with me.

"You don't understand me, what the fuck do you mean? It's them rose to the cheeks, yeah it's them dirt-colored eyes." We both sang.

"Sugar honey iced tea, bumblebee on the scene. Yeah I'd give up my bakery to have a piece of your pie. Yugh!" We both screamed, the car moving again.
