Legolas' P. O. V.
"We have to find her!" I said slamming my fist down on the table.
"Legolas! Calm yo tits! We're going to find her. Well, Lily and I will. You have to stay here and train the recruits," Scorpius said.
"He's right, Legolas. If all of us went chasing Alex down, we might end up in a wild goose chase. Also, if you leave, who will your men look to during the war? You have to trust us on this. We know the Dark Forest, better than you." Lily said.
"But-"
"I understand you lost her once, Legolas and you don't want to lose her again. I know what you feel, Legolas for I have gone through the same fate. We've just got her back, and now she's gone. Over the past few weeks, that was the best moments I've had and the most memorable ones. But now, you have to have faith in them. Have faith in Alex, she left for a reason. She's not going to let us down, you know that," Elrond said.
"May the stars shine along the paths in the Dark Forest, for the warrior shall live through her journey there and back," a voice echoed.
On the balcony, a woman with beautiful blonde hair. Eyes blue as the ocean. Voice that rings like a bell. Skin fairer than any jewels in the world. Her beautiful white dress followed behind her as she made her way to us.
"Lady Galadriel," I greeted with a bow.
"Prince Legolas Thranduilion. Lord Elrond," she greeted, "I suggest you two leave as soon as possible, as longer you wait the more danger Alex'll be in."
Both Scorpius and Lily who were surprised at the Lady Galadriel's appearance, bowed and walked away.
"Alex will live, I have seen it. But... something evil will happen... I can't see it. It's dark aura is too strong, but I can tell you it includes Alex." She continued.
"What happens next?" I asked.
"I cannot tell. You need to rest, child. You've been up all night, you need the energy for tomorrow. You'll need to gather your army, train the recruits and assemble all the weapons."
I nodded lightly. I was tired but I'm upset and depressed. I walked back to my room.
I took off my tunic and laid down on my bed. Alex's side of the bed still had her smell. I grabbed her pillow and hugged it. I closed my eyes, inhaling her scent, it brought back all the memories we had together, and the tears streamed down my face...
Slowly, I drifted off into the world where anything can happen. All I wish for is a happy life with the ones I love, my father, my kingdom, 'him' , and my lovely wife.
Alex's P. O. V.
This forest reminds me of the forest beyond Mirkwood's border. It wasn't creepy because when you're an elf and you are from Middle-Earth, you are exposed to hunting, traveling, fighting, etc. So it's really common walking like there's no tomorrow, in the middle of a dark and dense forest, in the middle of the night.
I heard hooting. Ignoring it, I continued walking deeper into the forest. It was an hour away from dawn, it got me wondering if Legolas had woken up from his little nap...
I decided to take a break, drink some water and eat Lembas, it doesn't sound appetizing in a forest which gets darker the further you go in. Not to mention the smell of rotten and decayed trees. I took out my bottle and took a sip of water, then Lembas, breaking off a small piece from the edge.
Once I was done, I sat down for 20 minutes, well around 20 minutes...
Then I was up on my feet continuing my journey. This MUST end... I thought to myself. It MUST!
I heard a crack. I looked to my left. I sighed.
It's nothing...
Another crack. I looked back. Still nothing.
"You're so close, yet so far..." a faint voice said.
"Who's there?"
"None of your concern..." the voice replied.
"Who are you?" I asked. I'm a stubborn elf, don't judge!
"An old friend..."
Wait... I recognized that voice. I sighed in frustration.
"Come on, Newt... you're better than this..." I said.
"Well, took you long enough to figure out who I am..."
"It's nice seeing you again, my friend." I said.
A/N:
Exams are over! Whoop! Whoop! Now... I can go back to my daily routine.
Eat. Sleep. YouTube. Wattpad. My pillow. My bed. Repeat.
And who has read The Maze Runner, The Scorch Trials, Death Cure and Kill Order?!?! Or maybe even watched the movie??? Coz... it's shucking awesome and Newt is so shuckin' cute!
Now I'm going to fangirl over Thomas Brodie-Sangster and Orlando Bloom...
