The next morning came by yet the events from last night were still fresh on my mind. I checked my phone to look at the time and was surprised to know that it was still 6:01 am. I don't usually wake up early and I've flipped on my bed one two many times guess my sleepiness doesn't want to come back. I rise up and looked at the bed across me and found Odette sleeping sound. She looks like an angel while she's sleeping, although nothing would've changed much if she's awake; she'd still look like an angel or even more so, a goddess walking on earth. Lancelot is one lucky fool.

Looking at the velvety sky, the sun rise peeking from the suburbs I thought to myself that nothing completes the moment than a nice cup of coffee. I went to the nearest vending machine on our room which was one floor down. The halls on the 9th floor were empty and quiet it almost looked like a scene from a horror movie where you'd suddenly see a ghost at the end of the hall way. I was few steps away from the last corner where the vending machine was when I surprisingly bumped into Gusion.

"I almost had a heart attack what are you doing this early?" I asked while trying to calm down my breathing.

"I should be asking the same for you, why are you here?" He looked puzzled.

"I came here to get coffee, the vending machine on our floor is broken." I answered and noticed how exhausted he looked. His dark under eyes were terrible and he might even look pale.

"Okay enjoy your coffee." Gusion was eager to leave when he saw me noticing his terrible appearance.

"Are you okay? Do you usually look like a zombie or am I just noticing it now?" I tried to joke

"You're just noticing it now." He didn't even look back and just walk straight on.

I on the other hand wasn't convinced so I stared at him while he continues to walk and that's when he slows down to stop and lean on the wall.

"Gusion!" I hurried to his side.

"Hanabi, can you do me one favor and help me go to my room."

"What happened to you, you dumb ass."

I put his arms over my shoulder and helped him to his room. I dropped him on the couch since he was way too heavy and we couldn't have made it to his bed or else we'd both fall down.

"Thanks, you can leave now." He slightly opened his eyes and gave me a smile. He still looks good even when his sick. What am I thinking I should be helping him.

"No way, I'm not gonna leave you like this. Do you want me to call the hospital?"

"No, no, this is just from a simple lack of sleep. When I wake up I swear I'll feel much better. So don't even bother ." He reassured but he can't barely open his eyes. I was worried I've never seen him this weak.

"You're burning with fever let me at least get you a damp towel." he didn't say a word this time but I went to his bathroom to look for a face towel and back to the kitchen to look for a dishpan. It took me a while to look for a dishpan but luckily I found one under the sink. By the time I got back to Gusion he was already fast asleep. I placed the damp towel on his forehead and took off his shoes so he could sleep comfortably. He flinched a little but it didn't wake him up. I went to his bedroom to look for a blanket and covered him with it. I thought about getting the coffee that I originally came here for.

While waiting for the machine to drop my coffee I thought about Gusion. What could've happened to him? I feel bad for him, now that he's alone without a room mate he doesn't have anyone whom he could rely on on times like these. I thought about putting myself in his place and how much I'd appreciate if someone would voluntarily help me and care for me when I'm sick. I'd probably have Odette by my side or Freya but Gusion has nobody.
