sorry for the delay, I dont have a regular writing schedule and I want to keep it that way because I dont want to feel discouraged from writing this book. it really goes to show because this chapter is a product of 1 AM tingz

I parked the car back in the venue's parking lot. Apparently the plan was to have the after party in the concert venue in the largest backstage room, which was huge with a pool table and a whole ass kitchen/bar. Theres also a view of hollywood blvd. Then, our drunk or high asses would be taken home by a party bus at 1:30 AM and they'll allow our cars to be parked here overnight.

I hopped out and swung the door shut. I met Linda on the other side and locked the car walking towards the entrance.

"Hows everything back home? I haven't been posted around there for a while, hows Joseph's bullet wound?" I ask Linda, turning to look at her.

"Wow, um... a couple things changed now Angel," she states my worst fear, and I guess my face portrays my horror because she double takes me and laughs.

"Nothing too wild, just like Oscar and I dating. My Tia had her baby so I've been helping her, and Joseph is getting his bullet wound tatted over. Something about a rosary?" She told me, washing away my fears.

"oh my, thank god. I know I've been hanging out with Zion a lot and I don't want you guys to feel like I'm leaving or switching up because you're all my family and I love you." These words came from every corner of my heart.

"And we love you. We also know that you love Zion, I mean, he's your man. We get it. Plus, its not often you find a fine man who got some ca$h and he adores you," she told me seriously, "I'm surprised he hasn't confessed his love yet." She continued while checking her nails.

My silence must have been loud because she whips her head at me with her eyes wide.

A smile threatened to spill at my lips, giving me away as I tucked them in and licked them. Her eyebrow raised and she tilted her head asking for conformation. The silent conversation bound to make me laugh as I just nodded my head yes.

"Aaa! I knew it! Since when?" Her energy bursted out and her hands grasped mine in excitement, doing a little jump.

"Before the show," My cheeks burned from my smile and my blush.

"Who said it first?" She shot back quickly.

"Who do you think?" I raised my eyebrow with a knowing smirk.

"ai cabrona! Im so happy for you!" Her voice cracked.

"No!" I cut her off, "No crying because we are about to get drunk and this is not the time." I tell her sternly.

"you know what? fuck it, lets go get faded and annoy our mans!" She cheered making me laugh.

"Wait, but Oscars not here though?" I say confused.

"But you bettcha Im gon call him when I'm drunk and annoy him." She filled me in laughing.

"fuck it!!" I cheered after her as we re-entered the doors of the venue.

Once we walked into the empty venue, it didn't take too long to find the direction of the after party room due to the constant security circling the premises. After walking a flight of stairs and a half, we started hearing the music bumping through the door. Excuse Me Miss by Chris Brown was playing as we entered and I see a huddle of about 10 people swaying back and forth to the music.

Edwin and Nick undoubtedly dancing in the middle. On the right, Brandon had his arm around Maggie as they leaned against the kitchen counter, smiling at each other, drinking their beers, and taking pictures. I turned my head to the left and saw Austin and his girlfriend, I'm guessing by the way he looked at her because we have yet to meet, they were chatting with others while sitting on the couch. They all looked so in depth in their conversation, raising in their seat slightly every time they got a chance to speak and laughing at replies.
