Fergal Did Rape You, I Thought You Were His Girlfriend

Two Months Later 

Today Pamela and Fergal were preparing to testify in court, Pamela was sat in the room as Fergal took to the stand 

Lawyer- So Fergal tell the courtroom who you are

Fergal- I'm Fergal, Pamela's Boyfriend 

Lawyer- And you love Pamela?

Fergal- Yes Very much 

Lawyer- But from what I understand you didn't love her much when you were both in school considering what you did to her.

Fergal- That's in the past Pamela has forgiven me 

Lawyer- But I think the courtroom has a right to know what you did, don't you Mr Devitt 

Fergal- No because it not relevant but what is relevant and more important is what he did to Pamela he said pointing at Josh 

Lawyer- Well I think it is relevant and seems how you won't tell the court I will. Mr Devitt forced My client back in school to rape Miss Martinez 

Fergal- That's not what happen he forced me!!

Josh- His lying judge he enjoyed every second of raping her innocents 

Judge- Order Order he shouted 

Lawyer- That's all Mr Devitt. I call Miss Pamela Rose Martinez to the stand 

Pamela walked up to the stand and was immediately met with an uncomfortable stare from Josh 

Lawyer- Miss Martinez you claim my clients Josh and Jessica Kidnapped you and Abused you 

Pamela- Yes they did 

Lawyer-And was your boyfriend apart of this 

Pamela- No he was he...

Lawyer- He what?

Pamela- He just came and rescued me 

Lawyer- But according to my client that not all he did.

Pamela- What are you one about?

Lawyer- See my client claims Mr Devitt turned up and the pair of them took turns with you is that true?

Judge- I do have to remind you Miss Martinez you are under oath 

Pamela-No he's lying He forced Fergal to rape me and if Fergal didn't he was going to like he did in the back of the car when he was kidnapping me 

Lawyer- So Fergal did rape you then, I thought you were his girlfriend 

Pamela- I am-

Lawyer- But clearly he still raped you 

Pamela- NO, your not listening.

Lawyer- OK I'll listen 

Pamela- Fergal played Josh at his own game he didn't rape me he was pretending to until back up arrived, And as far as what happen between us at school it was Josh that forced him not the other way around. Josh is nothing but an obsessed rapist who need to be locked away and that goes for her as well she just as bad. 

Lawyer- No further questions 

Judge- Ok Jury you need to reach a verdict that you can all agree on. Court suspended.

One hour later

The Jury has returned and has reached a verdict, Pamela and Fergal sat holding each other's hands as the verdict was read out.

Judge- How do you find the defendants?

Jury- Guilty 

Fergal hugged Pamela as she cried tears of relief on his shoulder 

Judge- Josh and Jessica you have been found guilty and for that I am sentencing you both to two years in prison with a minimum serve time of 8 months. Take them away 

As Josh was being escorted out of court in handcuffs he yelled out threats to Pam and Fergal, screaming that Pam will be his, Pam was petrified.

Fergal- He won't come anywhere near you

One month later

A month after the trial Fergal and Pam have finally graduate with their honors and have move in together with flex.

But since graduation Pamela has been constantly feeling unwell and decide to go buy a pregnancy test on her way home from work. When she got in she heard Fergal call out her name.

Fergal- Pamela is that you?

Pamela- Yeah I'm home

Fergal- Listen I'm just cooking dinner should be ready in twenty

Pamela- OK, I'm gonna go get changed she said running up the stairs

Pamela went in to the bathroom and lock the door before ripping the box open and taking the test after she had taken the test she sat on the floor waiting for what felt like an eternity for a result.

After three minute Pamela picked the test up to see 12+ weeks Pregnant. Pamela could believe it her and Fergal were gonna have a baby, but then as Pamela counted to the last time her and Fergal slept together she also remembered that was around the time Josh Kidnapped and Raped her.

Suddenly Pamela's Pregnancy joy turn to horror in an instant, Pamela was snapped back to reality when she heard Fergal knocking on the door.

Fergal- Pam, you Ok?

Pamela opened the door to see a concerned Fergal stood the other side. Pamela immediately ran into his arms.

Fergal- Hey what's wrong?

Pamela-This she said handing him the test

Fergal- Pamela this is amazing he said hugging her again

Pamela quickly broke the hug and grabbed the test from him before throwing it in the bin

Pamela- No it's not amazing

Fergal- Why?

Pamela- Because I don't know whether your the dad

Fergal- Oh Pamela. Listen regardless of whether the baby is mine or Josh's I will still love him or her as if they were my own and I love you no matter what the outcome is I'm not going anywhere.

Pamela- Really?

Fergal- Really

Pamela- But what if he finds out

Fergal- Josh is in jail he won't find out.
