After storming off from her daughter Pamela's mum Ann was sat in a cafe having a coffee thinking about her daughter decision to stay with her Rapist Fergal, Suddenly she was drawn away from her thoughts by a tall gentleman stood in front of her. 

Ann- Can I help you?

???-I was just seeing if you were OK?

Ann- Yeah it just my daughter 

???- What's up with your daughter 

Ann- She decided to live and be with this man who years ago hurt her

Ann- He raped her when she was at school and he didn't go to prison for it either. He tortured my daughter by doing what he did and now she want to forget what happened in the past and live with him and their son

???- They have a son, was he conceived with consent?

Ann- She says yes but....

The Next Day

Pamela was sat feeding Duncan when Fergal came in and kiss her on her head as he watched his son snuggle up to Pamela who continued feeding him. 

Fintan- There both in here Leonie 

Fergal- You OK dad?

Leonie- Me and your dad have been thinking about your wedding and we wanna pay for it 

Pamela- Leonie we can't 

Fintan- We insist you're apart of the Devitt household now 

Fergal- Are you sure 

Leonie- Positive Love she said hugging her son 

Pamela- Thank you so much she said getting up and hugging Leonie and Fintan

Fintan- Also we are babysitting this one tonight so you two can have a night to celebrate your engagement he said taking Duncan off of Pamela 

Pamela- Well let me show you his night routine 

Leonie- Love I've had five children I think He will be ok with us. Now go get ready 

As Fergal went to go up the stairs there was a knock at the door, he walked over and open the door to see two police officer stood at the door.

PC Jones- Fergal Devitt 

Fergal- Yes can I help you?

Pamela walked towards the door and stood by Fergal

Pamela- What's going on?

PC Jones-who are you?

Pamela- Pamela Rose Martinez

PC Jones- I'm here because their has been a report that you raped miss Martinez in which she ended up conceiving a child. So Fergal Devitt I'm arresting you on suspicion of one count of rape. You do not need to say anything, anything you do say will be given in evidence in a court of law.
