A/N: I accept all the bricks that will be thrown at me after this chapter. (U_U)/

Kenneth arrived at the cafeteria to find Laura sitting there with a tea on her shaking right hand, he immediately reached to take the cup from her. "Are you ok?"

Laura nodded. "Can I see her?"

Kenneth shrugged, "I don't think it would be a very good idea."

"Why is that?" Laura asked.

"She woke up screaming your name and saying she would kill you." Kenneth said.

Laura sighed, "I'm going to see her. Wish me luck." She said as she approached Sarah's room. Laura watched through the window at first, thinking of which would be the best way to talk Sarah down and convince her that she fell off the stairs and not that she had been pushed. Laura could have punched herself as she realized how stupid she had been. She had taunted Sarah before pushing her off the stairs and now it would be almost impossible to convince her that she had not done it. If she had only waited for Sarah to turn around and pushed her then Sarah would not have been the 100% sure that he had killed her baby. Argh, fuck it.

Laura entered the room as if she owned the place and sent the nurse a look indicating her to leave them alone. She didn't miss the glare that Sarah was sending her and how her teeth was clenched and her fists were closed into tight fists as she watched the nurse leave.

"Good morning, Sarah--"

"You worthless excuse for a human being!" Sarah cried as she jumped out of the bed ignoring the pain exploding through all her body due to the sudden movement. Sarah punched Laura's jaw and sent a hard knee to her abdomen a lot of times before Laura was able to block her knee and punch her as well.

After exactly 120 seconds, 31 punches to her torso, and somewhere between 50 and 90 ‘stupid bastard’ and ‘fucking arse hole,’ Laura had had enough. With one precise movement, she lowered one arm and punched Sarah hard in the solar plexus, bringing a silent cry from the ex-army doctor. Sarah gasped for air, shutting her eyes tight in pain as both her hands came up to grasp her chest. Laura used that moment to wrap her legs around Sarah’s waist and her arms around the other’s torso to flip them over so she was now on top of the still panting woman. With Sarah’s hips secure under hers, both hands pinned to the floor by the side of her head, and their faces only inches apart, Laura finally sighed in relief that her ribs could take a rest for what was to come.

“Sarah, calm down,” Laura ordered, making her voice low and stern, hoping it would start the nuclear reactors initiation sequence. It was a matter of flipping a few switches inside Sarah’s head; the only problem was finding the long lost triggers after all those months of fights and after she had provoked her miscarriage in purpose. Oh well.

"Laura, get off me!" Sarah screamed as she fought against Laura's grip of her wrists.

"Now why would I want to do that when you will attack me again?" Laura asked.

"BECAUSE YOU FUCKING KILLED MY BABY! YOU KILLED MY DAUGHTER!" Sarah screamed.

"It wasn't even a baby! It was just a fetus! It couldn't even be considered a person, you little pratt!"

"Laura, get off me!"

"Can't you understand, Sarah?" Laura asked as her eyes turned into a dark evil shade of glowing blue, "these are the kind of things that shape people. With these scars, it is just the way the world shapes people it is nothing personal! Pain, hearbreak, loss, yeah, it's all good."

"Laura, get off me for God's sake!"

"You were nothing but a burden, Sarah! He couldn't be with me because he had to carry the burden of the truth that he was with you! I defended my field, darling. You were nothing. You are nothing and I'll show you your place since you're too stupid to see it yourself." With that being said, Laura gripped both of Sarah's wrist on one of her larger hands and produced a pocket knife as she brought the blade to Sarah's throat.

"Too good you were just a scarred broken soldier, you won't be missed." Laura taunted.

"So it was true, then." Laura heard a voice causing her to go pale. Laura froze.

That wasn't Sarah's voice.
