11.

The small chapel was packed with Sean's family and friends mostly

while the bride's family consisted of Maria, her daughter and Louie.

White roses and white streamers decorated the pews and a flower bedecked gazebo stood at the altar.

As soon as the graceful chords of Mendelssohn's wedding march began to play ,

everyone stood up expectantly craning their necks to get a look at the bride.

Rozelle was a vision of elegance in a  floor length white "Princess" gown.

Creamy white rose buds had been threaded through her dark red hair and pulled back in a simple chignon.

she proudly walked down the rose petal strewn aisle on Theo's arm.

Sean nervously waited for her at the altar.

His rented black tux fit perfectly.

After exchanging their wedding vows before the packed  church they quickly drove home to

change before heading to Louie's family restaurant for the reception.

Louie was beaming at Rozelle like a proud Papa as he hugged her tightly,

"You looked fabulous girl.

Accepting the glass Rozelle took a tentative sip and nodded in surprised pleasure.

The champagne was delicious, crisp and lightly floral in taste.

witnessed  how over indulgence in alcohol could destroy a person's life and family.

"Good isn't it?" Louie asked.

"Ummhmm.." Rozelle agreed then looked for Sean and spotting him in a corner talking to his parents she experienced a pang of

sadness that her own parents couldn't be here today.

The doctors didn't think that her mother could make the trip and her father was deceased.

Rozelle wouldn't have wanted Pedro Hermosa here anyway.

"Congratulations mi hermana." Maria said walking up and also giving Rozelle a tight hug.

"Thanks Maria."

Eventually Sean walked over and taking her hand gently lead her out on the cleared floor as their favorite song,

"Forever my lady" by Jodeci began to play.

"You've made me the happiest man alive." Sean said gazing lovingly into her eyes.

Rozelle could only smile up at him because she was momentarily too choked up to say anything.

Tears stood out in her  eyes, over spilling the lower lids to roll down her cheeks.

Gently brushing them away with his thumbs Sean teased,
