Katrina's arrival was punctual and much to Sean's surprise she wasn't accompanied by a body guard.

Staring at her with his mouth slightly opened he looked totally star struck and awed by her beauty.

Physically she possessed that rare combination of golden tan,

Scandinavian cheekbones and shiny platinum hair,  and those magnetic

crystal gray eyes reminded him of pools of mountain water on a cloudy day.

She was exquisite.

"You must be Sean." Her voice though polite still held an unfriendly undertone as she boldly sized him up.

In fact Katrina was measuring every inch of Sean's fit and athletic physique  as if he were a slab of meat on display for her personal perusal.

And he sensed a distinct  hostility emanating from her presence.

"Yes." Sean said and clearing his throat he asked,"Can I take your coat?"

"You may." Katrina handed the full length ,midnight Burberry  coat to him so that Sean could put it away.

Beneath the coat she was wearing distressed skinny jeans, tucked

into white, leather boots and a monochrome striped, wool  sweater.

"Dinner smells delicious." Katrina said,  peering over Sean's

shoulder toward the kitchen clearly searching for Rozelle.

Just then Rozelle walked from the direction of the diningroom and

her eyes glowed as a big smile spread across her face.

"Hello Katrina.
Welcome to my home."

"You mean our home." Said Sean  casually draping an arm around Rozelle's shoulder.

"Well it's a beautiful apartment." Katrina said staring at his arm.

"And I was just mentioning to Sean how lovely dinner smells."

"Thank you." A beaming Rozelle said. "Would you like a drink before dinner?"

"A single glass of white wine for me..please." Katrina said.

When she  returned to the kitchen for glasses Sean caught Katrina

eyeing Rozelle's backside and told himself that it was nothing weird.

Women checked other women out all of the time and besides his wife

was gorgeous and tonight she looked particularly fetching in the

little black dress which clung to her generous curves in marvelous ways.

"Did  you have trouble finding our home?" He asked.

Katrina's perfect brows raised,"I've been here before.

Didn't Rozelle mention it to you?"

"No." Sean said.

"Yes ,well I dropped her off the other day.

She didn't say anything to you about that?"

"No. But then again I never asked." Sean said.

"Oh.
Well to answer your question finding your home was no trouble at all.

It's actually a nice neighborhood."

For some reason her tone rubbed Sean the wrong way.

She sounded almost as if she was surprised that the Nichols were living so well.
