Amaya

I eyed Christopher's outfit as he made his way into my room. He looked like he was going out and the thought made me smile. Although his face held a look of annoyance, he was still undeniably attractive. I stopped myself from biting my lip at him and instead watched him eye me in confusion.

"The hell you smilin' for?" He asked, pulling off his glasses to reveal that he was squinting at me. It only made me smile more.

"You're going out?" I questioned, to which he nodded. "That sounds like fun! Oh by the way, I love your outfit." I complimented and yet, his annoyance didn't subside one bit.

"Like your opinion matters to me." He rolled his eyes at me, to which I just shook my head. "Get up and get dressed. You comin' with me and don't you dare open ya mouth and say some nice shit 'cause I'll dead ass change my mind." He said, heading over to the door, closing it behind him as he waited.

"Okay." I replied, my eyes widening at what he said, a smile making it's way onto my face as I rushed to choose an outfit. I walked into the bathroom and quickly got changed, attempting to do my hair and make up as fast as I could.

"Any longer?" He yelled out, just as I was fixing up my hair. I shook my head at his impatience before walking out of the bathroom, grabbing a purse and rushing outside to where Christopher was.

"'Bout time." He muttered as his eyes quickly scanned over me before he turned, heading for the stairs. I sighed, following behind him as he headed towards the front door. He grabbed some keys off of a rack which was filled with them before going outside, waiting for me to walk out before locking up behind me.

I followed after him as he walked over to an area where countless cars were lined up across the stone wall. My eyes widened at the sight of them. The majority of them were foreign cars in which most people could only dream of owning.

He walked over to a car I recognised as an all Black Lamborghini Gallardo. He unlocked the car and I successfully attempted to hold back my excitement as I climbed into the passenger side. He started the car, driving out of his house which I finally had the chance to see. It was a huge mansion on top of a hill. Christopher slowly drove down the extremely long drive way and once he got out of the last set of gates leading to his house, he started speeding onto the high way.

"Woah, you're going so fast, slow down a bit." I nervously laughed, holding onto the arm rest. Christopher turned to look at me for a split second before focusing back on the road.

"Don't expect anythin' less from me." His tone was bland and I decided to just not speak for the rest of the trip.

. . .

I followed Christopher through the large shopping centre, passing the food court and heading to where all the expensive designer stores were. He walked into the Gucci store, mindlessly walking around as I followed behind him quietly.

"Do ya' want to buy anythin'?" He asked and my eyes lit up at the unexpected question.

"That's sweet of you but no thanks, I'm fine." I gave him a bright smile to which he glared at, an angry look on his face.

"Shut yo' bitch ass up, I ain't sweet. You actin' like I was gon' pay for you." He rolled his eyes at me, the tone he used matching the look on his face.

I watched him turn around before frowning. A few people in the store turned to look at what was happening and once their eyes set on Christopher, they immediately moved away from the area, some even going as far as leaving the store.

My frown grew bigger at how terrified everyone was of him. He wasn't a bad person but I know to them, he was. They only ever saw the bad and dangerous side of him. I hadn't exactly seen a completely sweet side of him but I did notice his subtle acts of kindness in which he didn't realise he was doing.

I followed behind him as he walked from store to store, stopping every once in a while to purchase something. He looked unbothered by everyone's fear of him but deep down, I knew that he cared. I knew that he must be hurt by the way people treat him.

"I'm goin' to eat." Christopher spoke up after a while as we made ourselves to the food court. I nodded, watching him walk away somewhere before I headed over to Mc Donalds. I'd usually have Subway but after Christopher had offered me little amounts of food, I had built up an appetite for something unhealthy.

. . .

"Thanks for taking me out today, I really appreciate it." I spoke up, as I started to make my way up the stairs of Christopher's house.

"It ain't like I was doin' it for ya'." He retorted as his footsteps followed behind me. I sighed, shaking my head at his constant denial.

"Well then, um, will I see you again tomorrow?" I asked, just as I'd made it to the door of my room. Christopher stopped, turning to glare at me.

"Ion' know and ion' care. Let's hope somethin' comes up cause seein' your face is the last thing I wanna be doin'." He followed his response with a dry chuckle before turning to walk into the direction of his bedroom.

A frown one again made it's way onto my face as I walked into my room. I walked into the bathroom, preparing a shower for myself as I attempted to think of other suggestions in which I could somehow get Christopher to open up to me.
