It was like something out of a horror movie. The sky was covered in grey, almost black clouds. As if the wary feeling in Amaya's stomach wasn't enough, the news of an on coming storm made the entire scene even worse.
The ticking of the clock, the howling of the wind, the darkness that was seeping through the windows of the modern looking apartment. . .Amaya knew that something was bound to happen but with everything going on around her, it was like a sign, a confirmation that her gut feeling was correct. Yet, the girl didn't seem scared. . .not in the slightest.
The sound of a fist on wood, repeatedly knocking rung throughout the somewhat quiet apartment, disturbing the silence in which engulfed the owner as she sat on the couch. She didn't hesitate to get up, rushing to the door as her gut told her that this was it, this was what she had been anticipating since last night.
"Ah, there she is." The voice spoke as soon as the door was opened. It was a recognisable voice and the girl knew that this was the exact same person that she had been speaking to the day before.
Amaya took a few seconds to process what was going on before sending a warm smile at the two males who were at her door, so early in the morning. She didn't feel the need to question why they were here at such an early time of day, she had a feeling that she already knew.
"Ah yes, it is I, the one and only. How can I be of service?" The female answered as the males stared at her for a second before looking at each other then back at her.
"Do ya' remember what yo' ass was sayin' to me yesterday?" The biggest out of the two questioned, eyeing her as she stared back, nodding.
"Mr Brown heard and he ain't happy." The smaller and lighter skinned, unfamiliar man continued, to which Amaya turned her gaze to focus on him. He could tell that she didn't know him but as a member of Christopher's gang, he was not to identify himself to her.
"Okay and I'm guessing he sent you here to deal with it?" Amaya spoke as both men looked at each other before nodding at her. She sighed, shaking her head at the fact that the said man hadn't come to deal with this on his own.
"Yo' gon' come wit' us and I swear to God, if you try and get away, I'll bust yo' ass on the spot." The bigger of the two males spoke, making the girl in front of him role her eyes at his assumptions of her trying to escape them when she knew all to well that she didn't stand a chance against them.
"Relax, I didn't plan to escape." She spoke which caused the males to end the conversation short and take action, knowing that their boss was impatient and would most likely be mad if they weren't at the warehouse in the next 2 hours.
The smallest of the two males shut Amaya's door after pulling her out as the biggest of them took the job of escorting the wanted female to the elevator, down to the car park and into the all black Mercedes Benz where she was blind folded and sedated.
. . .
The goosebumps on the unconscious girls skin were enough to prove to the five males, two of them being guards, that the room was freezing. Their eyes were all focused on the body that was strapped down to a chair, hands tied against the arm rests and ankles tied to the chair's legs while another rope was across her stomach, rounding against the back of the chair just to be sure that she wouldn't escape.
