"I'm.. not sure. It's red, sticky, dark, smelly, tasted salty and funny. What do you call that, mum?"
"It is called meat. It tasted good because it is our food."
"And what is that on your teeth?"
"This is called bones."
"The one on your hand... It looked like someone's head?"
"You are the brightest stars. This is our favorite. The skull went first, then the brain."

"You can. When you are older."
