Not Just You

Chapter 21.

So after that random dude got away after he saw Cody, we finished swimming, so we just munched on snacks, and just laughed, and since that teen club that we saw earlier, it wasn’t open until six, so we decided to take a break before we could go and have fun.

“Guys, I wanna check out that teen club later this evening, guys wanna go?” asked Cody while lowering his shades down and then looking at Alli and me.

“Yeah! I wanna just have a blast tonight, just the three of us before we hit SeaWorld or was it Universal Studios tomorrow?” I asked while lowering down my shades and then flashing a smile.

“I think its Universal tomorrow morning, it’s a two hour drive, so we are gonna get there around ten am,” said Alli as she flashes on a flashy smile.

“Okay then, if we hit the showers, take a few hour nap and then we are going to that one club, that thing closes around midnight,” added Cody while wrapping his big muscular arms around me.

“Let’s go then! I wanna have the energy to dance and just have a fun time then!” I say while hugging Cody.

“Good idea! Let’s go! First, we gotta tell mom and dad that we’re goin, and Lindsay, I’m pretty sure that your parents will say yes, since you’re an only child, and you do the fun things,” exclaims Alli.

“No! We all have fun parents! And I’m pretty sure that your parents will say yes too, since you know me and no one else in the place,” I reply while hugging Alli.

They all laughed and then we entered back into the hotel to get changed, and then sleep for a couple of hours before hitting that one club for teens, I hope they don’t serve alcohol. Kidding!

I bet my parents are sleeping since they are like super jet lagged, they would be sleeping all day and then they would be awake at six am, getting ready to leave for Universal Studios.

“I call hitting the shower first,” I called while taking out the key for our room and then opening it. I grabbed a towel for myself, got my PJ’s out, and my blow-dryer, and then heading to the bathroom.

It was super refreshing after a six-hour nonstop flight and with people coughing, I’m sorry it just bothers me if someone doesn’t cover up their mouth.

I changed into fresh clothes, and toweled up my hair, and sprayed some leave on conditioner, and then I began to blow-dry my hair.

Finally, I got out of the bathroom and yawned; I got my glasses out of my case, and wore them for the rest of the morning before tonight.

Super tired, and super jet-lagged, I took out the sheets and slammed my hands against them to get the stuff or dust out of the bed, that’s what most people do right? But I did the same thing with the pillows; I climbed into bed, took off my glasses, placed them on the bedside table and pulled the sheets over my head. Even though its seven-thirty am, we’re all tired, so we all crashed into bed.

But before I was about to sleep, I felt something kiss my cheek, and then hug me.

“Good night angel, even though it’s seven am, but I’ll see you tonight,” whispers Cody while sending shivers down my entire body.

I smiled and kissed his lips.

“Night, see you tonight too,” I reply while giving a small wink before closing my eyes, and letting the sleep take me over.

Being on vacation with my family, Cody and his family is the best birthday present that I could ever have, this is amazing, I never knew that my parents and Cody’s parents would surprise me like this. I never thought that one person will change your entire life; it’s the person who you love the most, not the person who would dump you and use you for no explanation.
