‘Here we are lookin at the stars,

I can hear the beatin of your heart,

I could listen to this song forever,

You’re the breeze crusin down the coast,

You’re the jam baby, I’m the toast,

It’s so sweet when we’re together,’

My phone alarm kept on repeating a part of ‘Angel’.

I finally hit the snooze button and woke up with the California’s sunshine on my face. I checked the time on my iPhone that was sitting on top of my iHome.

10:00 am.

Ugh, another work day for my parents before Friday comes.

Great, now I’m all alone again, that’s just great.

I went downstairs to get something to eat for breakfast.

I know! A bowl of fruit should do the trick, maybe a strawberry smoothie too? I think so :).

I ran upstairs before breakfast to get changed.

Pulled on a peachy-pink tank top, my denim shorts, and just let my hair down for the rest of the day.

I got my iHome and put my iPhone and started to jam out some tunes while making my breakfast.

Mainly ‘All Day’ is like what I listen to while making or even cleaning my room, it’s so catchy, I could listen to it ‘all day’ Get it? Hahaha!

‘I like this right here...

Oh, oh, oh...

Whoa...

Th-the This young girl, she's so cute, cute

Everytime I see her, wear a fresh pair of shoes.

'Cause this young girl, she's such a killer, killer

Can't wait til I have it, I'ma spend half a milla

I can see us together on top

We livin' like we hit the jackpot

Cha-ching, like money in the bank

You should be with me

You're like my favorite song

On the radio, radio, radio, radio

I could listen to you all day

You're like a music video, video vi-vi-video

I could look at you all day

You make me do my two-step all day

You keep me lookin' fly for ya all day

So you should be my girlfriend all day’

I was having a fun time while making my breakfast, when I saw another note on the wall with more money.

This is what my parents exactly do, when they leave me all alone in the house, they give me money and a note, there’s another five twenty dollar bills next to the note.

They’re rich, so they give me money…

I’m not trying to brag or anything buuut, they are theeeee best parents I could ever have!

‘Baby it’s not just youuuuu, you know it hurts me too, watchin you leave with tears on your sleeve, don’t you notice that mine aren’t exactly dry,’ my cell phone rings.

I ran again to get my phone and fell; at least I got my phone!

“Ouch! Um, hellooo?” I say while quickly getting up from the floor.

“Did you fall again Linds?” says mom laughing.

“Indeed, I did, I’m so clumsy mom!” I replied laughing.

“You need some help! But anyways, did you see the note on the counter with the money?” asked mom trying not to laugh again.

“I did! Is this how it will go? When you go to work, you leave me all alone, and you leave a note with five twenty dollar bills every day except Friday?” I explained.

“True, but, you aren’t going to get a hundred dollars each time, if we are running late; we add an extra fifty bucks,”

See? I told you, my parents give me money when they are gone, because I get easily bored and have nothing to do, oh yeah! Cody and Alli!

“That’s so cool! Anyways, have to go, have to clean up the house before I leave the house to go hang out with Alli and Cody, have fun at the office!” I say before hanging up the phone and putting it back on the iHome.

I did my regular chores, sweep the kitchen, clean the kitchen, clean the living room, and a few touches on my room. Cleaning takes work, but hey! At least you can get it over with it :)

I went upstairs to my room and cleaned a little.

While making my bed, I hear tapping noises on my window, I looked out.

Cody was making all that noise, just to bug me.

He had small pebbles and he was throwing them on my window.

I opened the blinds and the window to get his attention.

“Why are you throwing pebbles at my window when you can just walk right in? Or at least knock on the door!” I exclaim to him.

Cody gave me a thumbs up sign and went through my backyard door.

When I heard him walk in, I knew he’s gonna ask me where I am.

“LINDSAY?! WHERE ARE YOU?!” he nearly yells through the house just to get my attention.

“I’M UP HERE!” I reply while shouting back at him.

I heard him come up the stairs and come into my room.

Just as I was done, I fell on the bed, relaxed and calm, from doing all my chores.

Cody comes in with a cute smile on his face.

“Hey,” he says.

“Hi,” I reply while smiling back.

And that, we just chilled in my bedroom munched on snacks while listening to music, laughed and threw chips at each other.

“You really believe in unicorns?” I ask while munching on a chip.

“Isn’t that obvious? I do! I rode one when I was little!” exclaims Cody while throwing a chip at me.

“I’m pretty sure it was a horse you rode,” I added laughing.

“It’s true!”

“Fine, I believe you, if you rode a unicorn then, I believe you,” I say while giggling.

“Finally someone believes me!” says Cody punching his arms in the air and laughing.
