"Lana !" Shelley hailed her. "Where have you been ? You left your room, but didn't come back for hours..."

All inmates were now in the common room, Dominique playing, on and on, in the background. Grace was still mad about the evening before, but Shelley was curious about Lana's nocturnal activities. She was sitting at the same table as the brunette, who was smoking.

"I... I guess I just... went to the toilets and fell asleep there ? I don't really recall anything from last night, I'm sorry, Shelley..." Lana apologized, stealing a suspicious glance at Mary-Eunice, who was entering the room, haughtily glaring at everyone.

"Wow, what happened to miss Goody Two-Shoes ?" The blonde was astonished by the nun's new attitude.

Mary-Eunice walked to the record player and interrupted Dominique. The inmates turned around to look at her, and listen to what she had to say : it had to be important, considering she'd paused the song. The possessed nun faced her audience and started her speech. She announced that a storm was coming, and that in order to keep the patients calm, they'll be watching a film. Her tone was mocking, and contemptuous, which was so different than the Mary-Eunice they all knew.

"A movie full of fire, sex, and the death of Christians. What fun." She smiled mischeviously.

Pepper, who used to be close to the nun, stared at her, not recognizing the sweet woman who helped her to get accustomed to her new life at Briarcliff. The blonde didn't even bother looking at her. Her eyes were staring at the Mexican, who seemed to be scared out of her wits. She murmured something in Spanish, but Lana could catch the word "Satanás", that she perfectly understood.

"Satan ? Even though she looks like she's more daring now, I wouldn't qualify her of that..." the brunette thought. Then, she remembered what happened just a few hours ago. "Could all of this be... real ?" She kept thinking, as she saw the nun coming near the Mexican, and quietly hissing at her. She finally exited the room, leaving Lana alone in her thoughts.

"So Grace was right... she did catch your eye." Shelley teased, and the reporter shook her head.

"No way, I told you, she's a freaking nun... I wouldn't be better than Arden, if I was also fantasizing about her pure ass." Lana retorted.

"Well, not so pure, now... I wonder what hit her during the night..." The blonde chuckled.

"Me too..." The brunette agreed.

During the night, Lana was woken up by whines, coming from the Mexican's room. She startled when she heard Mary-Eunice yelling in Spanish, yell which was soon followed by terrified "El Diablo"'s from the poor woman. It sounded like they were praying, but a stabbing noise interrupted the brown-haired woman. The Mexican tried to scream. Unfortunately, nothing but gurgling sounds came out of her mouth. "She didn't... did she actually... no, it can't be..." Lana was terrorized. It wasn't Mary-Eunice who was controlling this body, not anymore. Could the Mexican be right ? Could the nun really be possessed by Satan ? No, no... Satan and God were two things in which Lana didn't have any faith. Mary-Eunice was probably having a breakdown. A strong one, but a breakdown anyway. The reporter brought her knees to her chest, and wrapped her arms around them, staying as quiet as possible : she didn't want to be the devilish nun's next victim, even though she would be. Not in the same way as the Mexican, though.

The nun took the Mexican's corpse outside and brought it to the creatures. Now, she could really see what they looked like. Mary-Eunice was terrified. On the contrary, the Devil was delighted to find out that humans could be wicked enough to create such awful beasts. The nun decided to check on Lana, who she knew heard everything. She needed to make her forget what she knew... by blowing her mind.
