Chapter 20 : Epilogue

After these blissful days, Lana and Mary-Eunice went to the farm, joining Grace and Shelley. The French girl and her blonde friend had prepared everything for their arrival, and a huge banquet was waiting for them. The reunion was filled with smiles, laughs, and stories about what they had done during the time they were apart. However, no one ever mentioned Briarcliff. They had all inherently agreed on the fact that this place had to be forgotten, and that they shall never ever talk about it ever again.

Everyone went back to their usual activities. Lana even became a TV host : she now knew how to speak French really well, and, being talented at her job, she naturally got a promotion. Her growing fame sometimes went to her head, but it was rare, and the other girls were used to it. Grace and Shelley kept on cultivating the fields the French girl owned, making a nice profit out of it. Mary-Eunice was helping the best she could with the housekeeping, since she didn't feel comfortable with leaving the house and finding work.

The blonde girl surprisingly got along well with Lana's three former hook-ups, despite the tension that could be felt during their first encounter. Mary might seem nice, but when it came to Lana, and particularly jealousy, she was fierce.

The four survivors of the Briarcliff nightmare were finally having their shot at a happy ending. Life was sweet, where they lived, and they needed nothing else than being around and supporting each other for the rest of their lives.

So, yeah, this is the end😭

I'm kinda sad about it... I mean, I never enjoy ending my stories, because the characters are sort of part of my life for the time during which I write...

But a prompts/one shots book is coming soon ! (It will probably be out at the moment you're reading this, because I write my chapters in advance😂) So feel free to suggest any prompt idea, and I'll try and do my best to make it a good story !🤗
