Hanna's POV
I immediately rolled off him, then stared at myself in the mirror. What just.. Happened? I glanced at Nate, who still was on the floor in shock. I started washing my hands, to try to take away the awkwardness.
"Um... Looks like we're done with all the stalls." I said with a sheepish smile.
"So I going to... Yeah." I said pointing to the door awkwardly.
"Okay." Nate answered, his voice cracking.
I walked out of the bathrooms, then walked to my locker. I grabbed my homework stuff and shoved it in my bag. I decided to walk home, considering I am not in the mood to get a ride home. I took off my ballet flats, then replaced them with my white converse I had just incase.
I walked out of the main doors, then watched the sun set.
"My life was perfectly fine before, why did it suddenly change?"
I sighed, then walked home.
Time skip to home...
I ran up the stairs, almost slipping in the process. I checked the time, 6:39 pm. Mom is gonna kill me. I changed into a random outfit I found which is a Taupe Knit Bat Sleeve Crop Sweater, High Waisted Denim Shorts, Ugg boots, and a Mustache Double Finger ring. I then put my hair in a ponytail. I sighed as I stared at myself in the mirror.
I walked downstairs to see no one there. I saw a note left on the dining table.
Hey sweetie!
We left to help do some business in Danny's guitar company at around... 2:00pm? And Brianna went to a friends house, be sure to pick her up at 9!

Well, looks like they'll never find out about detention. I looked at the time.
6:54 pm.
Maybe I should go for a walk. I jogged over to the large garage, then grabbed my Dad's keys. It was a Blue Bentley Convertible. It was nice to drive in when I needed to cool off. I took the remote and opened the garage door. When the car drove away, the door automatically closed. The wind hit my face perfectly.
I knew the exact place to go. It was my place, no one would care to find me anyway.
Nate's POV
"Nate, honey come on!"
"Coming, mom!" I yelled. The sunset was breathtaking. The light hit the ocean perfectly. Just one good picture....
"NATHANIEL!"
"ALRIGHT! ALRIGHT! IM COMING!" I yelled. Didn't even get a good picture. My family and I are sightseeing considering we literally just moved here. I ran to my parents who were already posing.
"Nate.. Take a picture of us. We all know you like taking pictures..." Mom whined. I snapped a picture, then looked at the beautiful view. I was about to snap a picture, until I saw a strange cave on the side.
"Mom, I'm gonna go take a walk." Mom only nodded, she was too focused on the view. I walked over to the cave, and went inside.
"Woah..." There were small droplets of water coming from the ceiling, the place barely had light, but it seemed like it was glowing inside. I had to be careful walking considering the cave was mostly filled with water. I looked down at the water, it looked very deep. My excitement faded when I heard faint sounds bouncing off the walls. I tried to come closer to the sounds, careful not to trip. I saw a figure huddled up in the corner... Sobbing?
"Hanna?" I asked the figure. Hanna turned her body around to face me. Her face was red and covered in tears. Hanna was shaking, she looked like she tried to make some warmth by hugging her legs. It was pretty cold near the ocean, especially in the cave. I immediately took off my jacket, wrapping it around her.
"No, you'll get cold." She murmured still looking down.
"Eh, it's fine." I replied.
"Sorry."
"About what?" I replied confused. She wiped her eyes, then looked up.
"About complaining. Being a brat." She whispered.
"Naw... It should be me who should apologize. My competitive side got me. I shouldn't have planned the moves by myself, I should've listened to your ideas."
"Don't forget being a jerk.." She muttered.
"Hey!" She smiled, then wiped her tears once again. I got up, and held out my hand for her. She gladly accepted, then I helped her get up. But she immediately let go of my hand, leaving me kind of disappointed. Hanna walked ahead, but I took one last look at the view. Until I heard a death defying shriek.
"Hanna!"
