Hanna's POV
My eyes were practically bulging out of their sockets. They are even naked!!! Oh my god, Hayley doesn't even care and continues! Brad shrugs and continues.
"Oh my god, ew! Ew! Stop doing that! Oh my god my eyes! My eyes! Aren't you guys caring?!" Hayley stops and stares at me.
"Well we would rather do this than listen to you complain and threaten to call the principal or something." She sneers at me. She then continues to- Oh my god! Ew! This shouldn't even be legal! Oh god, how can I come in when their germs have spread as bad as ebola!
"Um... Have you guy.. Seen... My.. Pencil case... In there..." I ask awkwardly. Hayley sighs and gets up. She grabs the pencil case on top of a bucket.
"Here." she says throwing it at me. I catch it confused. How did she find it?
"When we were on the floor, we must have touched that. Run along now, Harlot." She sneers at me, smirking. She slams the door closed as I stand there, stunned.
"Oh my god they touched my pencil case!" I scream dropping the pencil case. I sigh and pick it up with the tips of my thumb and middle finger. Ew.. Ew.. Ew.. Ew.. Ew.. Ew..
I see Nate and Ally buying something from the vending machine. I run over to them but halfway there, the bell rung.
I sigh when I see people crowding in the halls. I walk then stop thinking about me and Hayley's conversation.
She wasn't as nice as I thought. I can't wait to talk about her to Nate. But I remembered. Nate and Hayley hugging. They must be close friends, I guess.
I sigh and ignored the thought. Welcome back, me.
Ally's POV
I look at the map and schedule. Math. Hallway B. I sigh and walk. It's cool how like a subway sort of, there are signs with arrows that point to where hallways are.
I finally reach Hallway B and walk into the classroom. People stare and whisper but I don't mind. I am too nervous for school to notice much.
I sit down on a random seat, considering Nate told me that you don't really have permanent seats. A girl with brown hair and a pink floral dress and white sweater on top of it, paired with black pumps immediately sits next to me. She smiles at me and I smile back. I notice that her hair is slightly disheveled and her lipstick is barely even there anymore, like it was smeared off. I ignore it and continue smiling.
"Hi, I'm Hayley." She said smirking.
Nate's POV
First and sixth period I always have hockey. I put on my uniform and my skates.
"Nate... Welcome back, brother." Gavin says smiling.
"Hey what's up?" I say smiling.
"Nothing much, nearly got a concussion but that's not a biggie compared to you." Gavin says skating away.
"What?" I say skating after him.
"Heard you stayed with that hot Hanna girl for the entire time she had a coma. Might as well say 'I watched you as you sleep." I roll my eyes on his twilight impression.
"What's your point? I am just being a good friend." I say turning around, about to skate away.
"Dude, your such an idiot! You're totally in love with her!" Gavin says laughing, which causes me to stop.
"What? No, I have a girlfriend, remember? I am in love with Hayley. She is sweet, kind, honest, and pretty cute too." I say turning around.
"Well what do you picture that sexy Hanna chick as?"
"Hey! Don't call her "sexy" like a fucking pervert. Hanna's more than that! Hanna's beautiful!" I exclaim shocking myself.
"Yep, you have problems." Gavin says skating away laughing hysterically. I rub my forehead and sigh.
Hanna's POV
I sit at my usual desk at Art and put on my headphones. I start sketching something. I am a pretty good drawer but not an artist. People say I am better than that but I don't believe them.
I realize I sketched something valuable. Something that changed my world.
Nate's car. The exact one I hitch hiked in. I am glad we are friends.
