The one with the Train

[All the Avengers are still alive|ffh happened|I know Tony would've never let Nick Fury contact Peter and get him into this disaster but let's just roll with it]

After everything that's happened in the last few months, the Avengers decided to take a break. Yes they felt selfish of just leaving but they had to. They were broken but healed. The Snap had really damaged every single person but they grew closer as a team again. And that's why decided they needed vacation.

"I'm saying I rent us a small island just for ourselves. We can take my jet and stay how long we want", Tony said. They were all sitting at a table and eating while discussing their vacation. Well all except Peter, Bucky and Sam.

Peter was at home resting. They fixed the mess Mysterio made. They asked the Skrulls if one of them could transform into Spiderman and then appear together with Peter so that the people thought he couldn't be Spiderman. It worked really well but it still took it's toll on Peter. He was hurt, mentally. Mysterio really messed him up.

Bucky and Sam were on a mission. The others would've come too but they assured that they would be fine since they got lucky in the fight and weren't really that hurt.

"No come on Tony. Why don't we do something normal people would do like.. I don't know... a road trip or something", Steve brought in.

"Nice idea, Rogers. Let's go to public places were literally everybody knows us and enjoy being bombarded by people", Tony said, dripping with sarcasm.

"He's right Steve. People will notice us somewhere. That's no vacation at all", Natasha followed. "Wow Romanoff you agreed with me again. Did I win the lottery?", Tony said amused. "Oh don't make me regret it again", Natasha sighed but smiled.

They argued for a couple hours. They agreed to visit different places. Tony insisted they take his private jet but Steve insisted they also take the car, bus and train. So they decided to use all four of them. Now the only problem is the time they would be staying.

"I say we stay for about a month. It's a long time but I think we deserve it after everything", Steve said. "Yeah not a bad idea. We could be back in a minute if anything bad happens", Natasha agreed. A lot of them said yes. A few asked if it wasn't too short, a few if it wasn't too long. The only one who didn't say anything was Tony which was quite surprising.

"Tony? Tony are you okay?", Rhodey asked. Tony was deep in thought when he answered: "Yeah, yeah just thinking... What about Peter?". "What about him?", Bruce asked. "Yeah he's coming with us", Steve said. Tony looked at him confused. "Well of course he's coming with us but... What about school? He can't stay away for a month", Tony said.

"He's smarter than all of them anyway so what the heck is the problem?", Rocket said. He's grown to quite like the young one. "Yeah one might even say smarter than you", Quill sassed. Nebula smiled at Gamora and they both nodded their heads.

"I know I know just. He needs to be excused but how are we gonna do that. 'Oh Mr Principle we'd like to take Peter on vacation for a month. Is he excused?' Do you think that'll work?", Tony scoffed. "Well... maybe not if May asks. But we're the Avengers", Natasha smirked.

Surely enough Peter was excused.

"How'd you do it? Did you bribe him? Oh please tell me you didn't threaten him...", Peter asked anxiously. "No actually he immediately said yes. He told me he was worried about you. He must've noticed that something was wrong, that something happened. He gave me everything you would be doing this month because he, quote 'trusted me to teach you this stuff better than my teachers actually could'. What a nice principle", Tony smirked. "Oh he did not say that. You're just making that up", Peter said while packing his suitcase. "He did, kid. We were all there", Steve sighed unamused. "Oh you're just jealous Rogers", Tony beamed. "Oh I'm not because while I'll be sunbathing and taking a bath in the ocean you will have to teach the kid", Steve laughed.
