WELL, WE'RE IN THE FOR THE DEATH OF ROMAN AND VIRGIL HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA (I don't own the gif, lot's of cursing, had to end this note on a dull note, I regret nothing)
None
Roman was losing control. One slip up and he could easily end the life he had with the Light Sides. One of the crowns whispers hit too close to home; that if he put it back on, he'd be closer to his brother. But he was pretty sure he died with Deirdre. Why he thinks that is privellaged information! Only the Dark Sides and people who remember what happened. What?
Virgil was listening to his PG-13 music as always while Roman was pacing his room. "No. Yes. No. Yes. No. Yes. No. Yes. No! Yes!" Roman was about to grab his crown when a hand stopped him. Said hand belonged to Virgil.
"Ro, what're you doing? I can hear you pacing with the volume on my headphones all the way up. Is something wrong?" the anxious trait said. Roman pulled his hand back and glared at his anxious counter part.
"I'm fine. What's up?" Roman's look softened. Virgil crossed his arms, glanced at the black iron crown sitting on Roman's desk, then looked back at Roman. Virgil quirked an eyebrow up.
"You sure?"
"I'm sure," Roman smiled nervously.
"No, we're gonna talk. You, sit." They both sat on Romans bed.
"W- well....... Okay, my crown's been whispering to me worse then usual and it just won't shut up! I figured it wouldn't be that bad if I put it on one more time, so, that's what I tried to do." Roman sighed.
"Ro, you don't have to put on a crown that'll basically make you insane on to make the voices go away... That sounded more inspirational in my head."
"I know.... What's it like for you?"
"Oh you know, my old talisman always yelling and taunting me about all the things I'm incapable of doing. So pretty standard shit."
"That doesn't sound standa-"
"You shoulda heard the shit Deirdre's talisman told him, like fuck that thing could curse. And it wasn't even a person!"
"Uh-"
"I said nothing."
"Okay then! Uh, what did your old talisman look like?"
"You've seen my old talisman over a million times when we were still Dark Sides," Virgil said dully.
"But it's so pretty!!"
"You have a fucking crown!"
"Pwease?" Roman smiled.
"Ugh, FINE!" Virgil walked out of the room and into his. He rummaged around through one of his drawers. He came back with a necklace. He held it in Roman's face. The charm was a silver and gold thunder cloud with a lightning bolt. "Happy?"
"Very much so," Roman said in awe, staring at the necklace in front of him. He took it out of Virgil's hands and the anxious side sat down next to Roman again on the bed. "I always thought you had a rather pretty talisman."
"You can keep it," Virgil deadpanned. "Since you like it too much." Roman rolled his eyes.
"I won't, it's yours and you can keep it. Plus, I think it's already giving me anxiety."
"Yeah it does that."
"We have problems."
"Yep. And that problem is the fact we have Dark Side talismans that never go away from us no matter what and will always whisper to us until we become Dark Sides again. Or we fade. Whichever comes first."
