Tw; Some violence, blood, blood, gore, and jailbreak, let me know if I missed something

It had been decided. Envy would lead them through another one of his tunnels, out of the dungeon this time. Apathy unlocked the cell and Envy clapped twice, hesitated for a second, then clapped three times. Another tunnel opened, this time in a wall of the dungeon. "En, how long has that been there...?"

Envy shrugged. "I don't keep track of the time, just where and how many tunnels I have."

"You have too many secrets."

"You know most of them. And my tunnels are everywhere, they aren't really a secret."

"Can we go now??" Patton asked. Envy sighed and nodded. He kissed Apathy on the cheek.

"Remember, the meeting is next week."

"You coulda just reminded me once you got back," Apathy said. Envy shrugged and smiled.

"I probably woulda forgot. Anyway, I need to show two idiots out of he castle."

"You also owe Ember ten bucks," Apathy said.

"Right. I'm hoping Ember doesn't remember.... Anyway, see you!" Envy walked into his tunnel followed by the Lights. This tunnel was more dimmely lit, but the lights grew brighter the further they walked down. When they got to a divergeance in the path, he turned left. Really, it wasn't until they were out in the garden behind the Dark Sides castle, when he realized he should have made a right. Both ways work, just that tunnel helped to avoid guards and any possible other threat.

His shadow whispered something to him and Envy didn't dare turn around. "Don't move! Or we'll shoot you!" A guard yelled, holding a bow to the three sides backs, several other guards had come out of the castle too. Not as gay, everyone was gay. Well they're quick. Envy thought

'Oh you think?!' His shadow said to him, annoyed.

"Captain Apathy said you two had escaped, Sir Envy why are you helping them?!" Envy slowly turned around, smiling, tense, and with his hands up in surrender.

"Now now, what's with the hostile treatment? I'm fifty percent sure they woulda let them out anyway. No need keeping a few Lights here, hm?" Envy said. The guards tensed.

"Well, no, they're being kept pointlesly, but the kings said-"

"Which king? Exactly? Because Virgil is Anxiety, I don't think he's ever throne anyone into the dungeon without a really good reason, like they attempted to murder someone. Roman, however, is quite like his twin brother in the impulsivess section. Remus has always been quite the burden." Envy didn't notice that last bit slip out, but the Lights did. How did Envy know Remus? Some of the guards lowered their weapons slightly, seeds of doubt planted in their minds. Envy didn't spread pointless rumors, there was always some level of truth to his words, almost no matter what. But other guards did not waver.

"Sir Envy, how could you say such traitorous things?! They must have brain washed you!" Now Envy was confused.

"No, I have a mental block against that sort of thing. Why would you think I was brainwashed? it's not like this is the first jailbreak I helped set up, you know this," Envy said, smiling sweetly and eyes flashing a bright green for a second. Yes, the guards new about his mental block. But they couldn't rule out any possiblities.

And yes, Envy has set up a multitude of jailbreaks. Some of the guards listened and understood his reasons. Others were over overly stubborn. They would not put their weapons down, and one holding a bow and arrow, let go of the drawstring. The arrow sailed in the air, and grazed Envy's shoulder.
