Apparently the broken collarbone didn't stop Kris. I have to admit he is pretty darn good and I'm loving how puberty hit him. Now I'm a little ashamed to admit this but.. I watch his games-all of them. I don't know if it's just me wanting to be with him, or I'm impressed by the whole team. Most of his soccer team had since been signed on to the same team. They work together in so many ways it really showed on the big screens. I have never been to one of his games personally but I'm glad he held on to his dream through it all. He has scored 14 times throughout the season and still strives to be the best. ESPN said they are flaburgasted at how Kris came in so new to the league and is already up there with David Beckham. I sometimes wonder though if he ever think back to those good ole days, or even remember me. I've wanted to change my name but what are the odds that he would ever try and link me back to his past?

Abbie Bentown has been my best friend since I was about 11 and her 12. I got a call from her on October 15 telling me how her and her husband had one extra ticket and would love for me to join them. Of course, to my luck, it was America vs. France. It was supposed to be the most eventful game all season. With Americas numbers so high, we were expected to pull out a win. I woke up early that fall morning went for my typical run around the park then off to the office to drop of some prints and sketches I had come up with the previous night.

When all three of us met up at the stadium you could definitely feel the tension and adrenaline. We went through security without any problem and headed to our seats. They were AMAZING seats by the way. Apparently, Abbies husbands boss was campaigning with the tickets and John went all in and did almost everything to get them. As soon as we located out seats,I realized I had forgotten to eat lunch. Abby understood, letting me go scout out some overpriced greasy food. I finally settled on some eatable nachos (with extra chesse). When I finally got out of of the 30 minute line, I grabbed all the napkins I knew I would need and headed back to our luxiourious seats.

Abbie noticed I was back a couple chips later and joined in on the eating frenzy. Through her stuffed mouth I heard her say something that sounded a lot like "dickhead". Confused, I gave her a blank look and went back to eating the overpriced nachos. She got the cheese slime down her throat and pointed to the field.
