Chaper 53: dawn 8:5:2250 210 a.d.d

With Hendrix handled by medics and zed patched up more I look at the shaft up into the room. Hendrix had been out now for over 15 minuets and Our men still haven't found a way into the room.

There's a small group of team leaders around me and no one has come up with a plan yet. We have a map, but there are interior doors that are locked down, Now were just sitting ducks.

Hendrix said that's the way up..I glance up to the metal shaft on the outer edge of the facility.

"Must be the fasted way in" I think to myself.

"How in the goddesses name am I going to get up there..." I say allowed, standing ground level, looking up.

Its easily a 200 foot climb vertically up a metal shaft.

"Your highness." I turn to see Kory smirking to me. Before he says anything else I have a pai of boots and gloves handed to me.

My eyes bulge as I look to them.

"Anti gravity Magnets." Kory and I say together. We chuckle, bringing up my over all mood a bit.

"Genius." I smile to him.

"Why thank you." He curtsys in humor.

"But, it was Hendrix's idea, he made them for scaling buildings in town for repairs and such. We ended up having one pair on board.. I just got them now, figured it would help." He smiles, eyes wondering to Hendrix.

"Thank you, this will do it." I tell him, looking to Hendrix as well.

I gather up team captains and we come up with a plan quickly. Ill be going in first with the task of securing the door from the inside and blowing the shaft outwards, ill be using a blow out bag to throw into the shaft to stop the fire below. We have another mutant who will, using the metal make a small ramp leading up.

But that will take 15 minuets for him to do, and he informed us the ramp probably wont be too thick, made for one to 3 people at a time.

"Well, that's going to be hard...." I whispered to the gear, kory nodded, hearing me. He places a hand on my shoulder.

"You can do it, oh wise leader." He winks, his brother, Justin scowling to him. I smirk to his brother when I see his eyes. I see the love and the jealousy of his hand simply on me. His eyes meet mine and he quickly places an emotionless mask on his face, but I smile to him.

He blushes to me and looks away, OHHH he jealous.

"Once you get in, place these on the back wall of the shaft, itll blow the shaft off, letting us get in from there, the rest of us are already heading in there from the other way." Kory drops four disks into my front chest pocket and nods to me.

"Go get em kiki!" Zed smiles from his bed. I walk over to my boys and kiss them both, zed barely responds, high under medication and Hendrix unconscious, I peak up to the Medics.

"Take care of them, or youll deal with me." I glare with a smile.

Gloved and shoes on, I enter the shaft, throwing down bags to stop the fire.

The blast below flares up a smell of blood that makes me nauseous. My nose flares up as I climb higher and higher, the smell of fresh blood making me move faster.

There's someone bleeding up ahead.

My body moves faster and faster.

"Im almost there, please be ok." I whisper.
