23. Please Let Me Go.

Angelo's POV

"So how was it at your grandma's place?" I asked Nathaniel.

"Dude, since when did you ask that?" He deadpaned.

"I don't know..now?" I said. "Oh man, you need to hear this." He said.

"What?" He glanced at his wrist watch.

"Barbie told me Pamela had been missing for days!" I said and he  scoffed.

"She was with me at my grandma's." He said and my eyes widened. So my doubts weren't wrong..

"What?" I gasped. "Did you kiss her?" I asked holding my arms.

He definitely had to kiss her. The look he had was like he wished he did but I knew for sure this guys would say something else.

"What? No! why will I kiss someone I don't feel anything for?" He asked and I let go of his arms and gave him a bored look.

Liar.

"Dude, stop lying, you have feelings for her." I scoffed.

"It's true bro, I don't feel anything for her." He lied frowning.

"Right, you only feel for Belinda." I said.

"Yeah," He lied again.

Lair.

He went to his class and I also hummed and walked towards mine. I already made a photo copy of Mackenna's times table so that meant I knew the lessons she had and currently we had Social Studies.

My smile faded when I entered class. Mackenna was sitting next to someone. It wasn't a girl, it was a boy..

Collins Rivers.

So this guy was also in the basketball team. We didn't really see eye to eye since I was somehow like his 'rival' and the way he was talking with Mackenna made me uncomfortable, mostly because he was flirting with her.

My eye twitched into a tiny glare when he pinched her cheek making her giggle and I mouthed 'What the fuck' to myself. Mackenna looked at the doorway and our eyes met and she passed me a wink.

"Mr.Carden, do take your seat." The teacher said behind me and I paved way for him to enter. I glanced over the class and found an empty seat by Arjun and I walked over to sit next to him.

The murmuring in the class died down as the teacher wrote "Test" on the board.

"Hey man, I didn't study so make sure your work is visible for my view." Arjun whispered beside me and I chuckled as bit. My gaze changed to Mackenna and Collins.

Collins said something which made Mackenna smack his arm lightly and I balled my fists. I'm the only one she hits on the arm. I may be a calm boy and all, but that doesn't mean I don't get angry or jealous.

Especially when the girl I like is being flirted with by my opponent.

"Dude, what are you doing?" Arjun raised his brow at me and I looked at my fist which was clenched and a pice of crumpled paper was in it. I realised the crumpled paper, inhaled and exhaled deeply and carried on with the test.

Everyone started leaving the classroom, including Collins who was in front of Mackenna. Before she could follow him, I gently gripped her arm and dragged her back.

"Angelo what the heck?" She asked looking up at me.

"I don't know, I think I should be asking you." I said.

"Oops, I didn't mean to make you too jealous." She giggled.

"Oh so you knew what you were doing to me huh?" I narrowed my eyes and held both of her upper arms.

"Nope." She shrugged and I smirked. This was because something mischievous popped into my head. I let go of her arms and gently gripped her wrist, earning a questioning look from her.

I then started to drag her into the janitors closet which was in a nearby corner at the hallway.

"Angelo where are you taking me? Let go!" She whined trying to free off my grip. Since my grip was strong, I dragged the two of us in, shut the door and trapped her to the wall.

"Angelo please let me go." She said feeling tiny under me.

"Since when did you say please?" I asked smirking down at her ans I leaned in close  and slowly buried my face in her neck.

"I..I..I.." She stammered and I chuckled undertone.

"You were once so feisty..what happened?" I whispered brushing my lips in her neck and my lips parted. Her soft skin was gently pulled in between my teeth and my heart fluttered when a weak moan escaped her lips which I was about to attend later.

"Um.." She began. I raised my head, licked my lips and looked deep into her bluish eyes. In no one, my head moved down to her lips and I leaned in a bit more.

"I've been waiting for this moment  in a long time." I muttered huskily.

"W..what moment?" She asked dumbly but I knew she could feel it to. I looked at her lips which was slightly parted and I thanked God she wasn't biting it.

"This." I mumbled and gently slipped my bottom lip into the space between her parted lip. My heart was pounding in my chest but I slowly sucked her upper lip, then sucked her lower lip as well and groaned when I felt her fingers slowly crawling onto my chest. I removed one hand from the side of her head and gently gripped her hand on my chest and shifted it to the left side so that she could feel my heart beat.

I could sense she was shocked because she was shivering. Gathering much courage, I slithered my other hand down her back and gently coiled my arm around her waist and pressed her to me. My body was tensed when I discerned her chest was crushing against mine, making our heartbeat sync. Her other slowly moved onto my chest and both arms moved to wrap around my neck and she also responded to the kiss.

She took my upper lip because I was sucking her bottom lip and ended up giving it a soft bite but before we could go any further, we heard the door creak and we quickly pulled away.

Nolan and Angela then entered.

"Mackenna, what are the two of you doing here?..what happened? Why are you lips swollen? Why is your hair a mess?" Angela asked smirking at her.

"We weren't making out!" She blurted lying and I mentally face palmed.

"We didn't say you were," Nolan pointed out and she blushed. I was just standing there, unsure of what to say or even do and I ended up leaning my body on the wall. I did it. I finally kissed her. Damn those lips were too soft. I could feel it.

"Yeah." Angela agreed.

"OK so here's the main issue." Nolan sighed. "Pamela needs help..she need help on how to stand up for herself. Nathaniel can't go on hurting her, we need to do something." Nolan announced looking worried.

Guys, there's a concert party this evening right? " Mackenna asked they both said 'Yeah, yeah'

"Then we have a lot of planning to do..and by that, I mean a lot."  She announced and started to narrate her plan. But my mind was on what we were doing. I wanted to go further.
