Angelo's POV.
I was left alone to take care of home, so I invited Aldrick, Arjun and Nolan over. I wanted to invite Nathaniel as well but he told me he was on an errand somewhere.
Arjun and Aldrick were on the carpet, playing video games whiles Nolan and I were shouting at their moves.
My phone buzzed beside me and I stopped shouting to grab it.
Nolan peeked at the caller and smirked. I rolled my eyes, got up and went to my room to pick up the call.
"Hey Barbie, what's up?" I sighed flopping into my bed.
"Um..would your parents mind you..um..coming for dinner at ours?" She squeaked.
"Dinner? At your place?" I gulped. At the other end, I heard a male voice say "He's scared." And Mackenna said something like 'shut up'
"Yeah, um..so that our parents can see the relationship between us," She pointed out.
"Relationship huh?" I teased smirking.
"Shut up, you know what I mean,...like our friendship." She said and I felt a little hurt.
"Oh yeah.." I trailed scratching the back of my head.
"So you coming?" She asked.
"Yeah, yeah." I replied feeling slightly upset.
"Thanks so much!" She squealed and I chuckled before I hung up.

I moved helter-skelter on my room, tossing my clothes everywhere.
Okay no, I was just jumbling up my wardrobe to find a dinner outfit. Clementina was dressing up Jasmine and Joshua and herself as well.
My parents said they won't come along because they have a business trip to attend so Clementina decided to fill in with the others.
I drew out a tux suit I wore for my uncle's wedding but I decided against it and put it back in. My eyes caught my black leather jacket. Hm..
I picked out a white T-shirt and a pair of jeans.
Perfect.
I changed into those, wore canvas shoes and slunk out of my room outside.
"Angelo!" Clementina's voice muffled in her room.
"Yeah?" I shouted.
"Check whether the stove, fridge and other stuff are turned off properly!" She instructed and this turned to defend the stairs.
"I and the twins will be down in two." She said.
"Okay, I'll be in the car!" I yelled before going to check out the kitchen. Making sure everything was off, I left to slip into the car,
I rested my fingers on the steering wheel, breathing in and out, I was nervous. Nervous about meeting her, her parents, brother. I was also nervous that Clementina will embarrass me with Mackenna and my little siblings will make noise.
The three came out and took their seat in the car. Clementina sat next to me, whiles the twins sat behind me and I drove over to Mackenna's.
When we reached her house, I turned to my siblings to give them rules.
"Now, guys I'm begging you, comport yourselves please." I begged.
"Okay." Clementina smirked.
"Where are we?" Jasmine asked.
"We're at Angie's girlfriend's house." She winked at me, ignoring my glare.
"Ouuu." The twins teased and I gout out of the car. The cold wind blew over my face, reducing my flustered state a bit as the four of us approached the door of the house.
