Momo woke up to a warm, fuzzy blanket cocooning her and three people seated right in front, engaged in serious conversation.

"Um, excuse me? Are you-"

"Oh hello! I'm Natsuo, Shouto's older brother and you are Momo Yaoyorozu, don't worry Shouto's told us plenty about you."

"NATSUO I DID NO-"

"And I'm Fuyumi, Shouto's older sister and yes, like Natsuo said, Shouto's already filled us in about you, he sure knows a lot that's what I'll say." Fuyumi giggled

"You know what, I give up!" Shouto exclaimed in defeat.

Momo blinked, then tilted her head, "huh?"

"Natsuo this is all your fault! You confused her!"
"Fuyumi! You did the same thing too!"
" Yaoyorozu I apologize for their barbaric behavior."

Momo looked at the trio, and her heart swelled with happiness. It was nice to see the friendly bickering between these siblings.

So this is what it's like to have siblings.

She giggled at the little commotion.

The three stopped their argument and looking at Momo's joy made them all break into a small smile.

"Momo, it really is nice to meet you, I'm Fuyumi again," She giggled, "Sorry for the sudden outburst but we were just really excited to meet you."

Momo smiled, "It's a pleasure to meet the both of you."

All four of them exchanged warm smiles, a comfortable atmosphere settling in.

"Alright, I'll go get the tea, why don't you do some of the explaining Natsuo?" Fuyumi stated as she made her way towards the kitchen.

The ambience of the room suddenly felt dull as Natsuo prepared himself to speak, his smile now gone, "Yaoyorozu, what happened last night caused a bit of stir amongst the people and it also made the media go mad, which meant people digging into the past and in general poking their nose into the lives of others, however, this problem may be resolved if we can get solid evidence that you are not to be blamed for that incident-"

"And the only possible way right now to do that," Fuyumi interjected as she placed the tea cups on the table, "is to talk to Touya, that is if you want to?"

The room was silent, everyone looked to Momo.

"Talking to Touya in order to get evidence is a plan that has way too many flaws. One being that he won't give the evidence because why would he? Second, he probably would have already anticipated our presence and could easily come up with a plan to just make our lives more miserable and third, do you really think we could actually record the evidence, he'd know of it immediately." Momo sighed.

"Which is exactly what I said after I explained the situation to Fuyumi and Natsuo but," Shouto paused, "There is another way and that's my parents. Specifically my mother."

Momo didn't know much about Touya's past and neither did she want to but maybe, just maybe things can finally fall into their rightful place.

"Alright. I'll be fine." Momo calmly stated, trying to control her mind from combusting.

"Here's the thing though," Shouto looked at her and his eyes were anything but relieved, "Meeting Touya isn't as easy as it seems to be, it may take time, maximum two months."

Seeing Momo's reaction to this broke his heart, her gaze fell, "Oh." She whispered.

Momo knew what this meant.

"Do you mind if I step out for a bit." Momo smiled but before anyone could give her a response she had already got up to leave.

"Yaoyorozu." Shouto mumbled.

He didn't want her to go through this.

The media can be haunting and is always a massive source for baseless rumors to spread, rumors that people catch and twist into their own sick way, leading them to then shove it unto the face of the victim. Taunting and bullying until one simply breaks. She is strong, he knows that. She won't break but that doesn't mean that there won't be any cracks and cracks, almost definitely, are painful.

"I'll be back." Shouto hastily said as he went after her.

"That girl really has gone through a lot." Natsuo mumbled as Fuyumi and him exchanged a worried glance.

Shouto looked around and found her walking around the garden at the back of his house.

"Hey." He slowly made his way to her.

"Hey." She managed to say.

"Yaoyorozu I-" His voice wavered, "I'm really sorry about this entire mess and I-" He couldn't get himself to complete the sentence.

"Todoroki, I told you it's fine, you don't need to keep apologizing." Momo chuckled lightly, her chuckle not having the same vivaciousness it had before.

"Yeah, maybe there's no point in apologizing if I'm not going to help you," He gently held her wrist and looked her straight in the eye,
"So Yaoyorozu listen carefully, when we get back to UA, it's going to be rough without a doubt, but you're going to get through this no matter what, I know you will and I'll do anything I can to help, even if it means buying that raspberry muffin at eleven in the night or cleaning my dorm room or taking you to that cafe' everyday, anything. I know that you can fight your own battles, I just want to be by your side is all."

Momo didn't know what to say, she was just overflowing with so much of emotion.

She collapsed into his arms and quietly cried,
"You, you really are something Todoroki." She quivered,
He gently stroked her hair and looked at her, her face was buried in the crook of his neck and suddenly he felt all light and fluttery and all the other weird feelings he would get only when around her.

Close, she's really close, oh no, my face is heating up again, damn it Yaoyorozu!

"Your getting me raspberry muffins whenever I want right?" She mumbled, still in his grasp.

"Y-yes." He stammered.

Shit, why the hell am I stuttering like an idiot!

He stuttered? Why? Oh wait-

She immediately withdrew herself from him, "S-s-sorry about um that um-thing earlier, i-it was -s-sort of-um l-l-like a r-reflex, I-I don't know? What I'm s-saying?" Momo stumbled all over her words and Shouto was still too flustered to give a response.

An awkward silence, something the two have recently started experiencing between themselves.

What were you thinking Momo?! He was so close too and I was wrapped up in my thoughts to notice and he smelled so good and wait- ahhhh! I sound like a creep! MUST. GET. THIS. OUT. OF. MY. HEAD!!!

"T-Todoroki, why don't we head back inside?" Momo meekly asked,

"Yeah, okay, let's do that." He awkwardly mumbled, "Also, you can call me Shouto." He quickened his pace to the front of the house,

Momo stood still for a moment, her cheeks crimson before catching up with him, "Y-You can call me Momo," She looked away from him, "If you want to." She timidly added.

He just nodded because he obviously couldn't think of what to say.

The two reached the front door, which was open?

Shouto cautiously made his way inside, Momo close behind him.

A sudden voice greeted them,
"Welcome home Shouto."

Well, crap.
