Momo Yaoyorozu had a lot going on in her life and it was all so confusing, everything seemed to be entangled and she couldn't bare to go on like this, so she decided to clear her head and take on her problems one at a time. Which in classic Momo fashion meant that she made a list.

1. The Touya, Shigaraki and Enji issue
2. The Yaoyorozu's
3. The bullies
4. Her own mental well being

Momo's memory power was pretty insane, so her grades were never a problem, she studied hard because she wanted to understand the topic not just memorize it. However, she decided that if she were to focus on all her problems and solve them one at a time, she needed to relax on the studying.

She would have to come to terms with the first two issues gradually as she still had to get more intel and the third problem could only be handled if she focused on the fourth thing in her list.

She took a deep breath and slowly exhaled.

The first thing she wanted to do was vent, and so she did, but through writing.

Momo felt like she hadn't written in ages. And she missed it. So much.

She got a pen and laid her book in front of her, the nib of her pen hovered above the page, she was ambivalent, to spill all the secrets and emotions, vacillated, to ink out a passion that she was forced to get rid of, hesitant, to express her raw, unfiltered self, but though she was nervous and unsure she didn't feel the surge of fear and guilt that she had felt in the past, she didn't feel the need to be constricted. These were foreign feelings for her to have, which was why she was so indecisive.

However, slowly but surely she began to write, the words flowing out gently in an almost rhythmic pattern, like a boat on a calm ocean.
Then as she progressed, she could spot the grey, heavy clouds looming above her, ready to burst after carrying so much of weight and so it did.
It rained in torrents, the sky boomed with the most ominous sounds, the waves were growing turbulent and the wind was growing tempestuous, both working together as they made her boat rock back and forth, trying their very best to break the tiny object apart.
Until suddenly a massive crack of lightning lit up the storm and almost pulverized the little vessel.
Although the little thing had gone through so much of torture, it had found itself on the shore of an unfamiliar island and soon, could possibly chart its course once again.

Momo was at her desk for around three hours and once she was done, she felt an odd sense of relief and she smiled to herself.

Today is my day and I'm going to make the most of it.

She finished the rest of her classes and chatted with her friends, avoided the bullies and their snide remarks, quickly slipped into a bakery that had recently opened and tried their chocolate croissants which was absolutely scrumptious and then made her way to back the dorm.

"Momo." Hearing his voice made her stomach feel all fluttery and she slowly turned around to face him, her face was flushed because every time she saw him the memory of their little 'moment' yesterday came rushing into her mind.

"Y-yes." She stuttered,

"I need to show you something, it's important." He motioned towards his dorm and she followed him, the light feeling not leaving her body yet.

"Your room looks reasonably tidy this time." Momo remarked as she looked around his room.

He gave no response as he made his way towards her and handed her a letter.

"I got this from my mother, read it." His expression was unreadable, so she nodded and opened the letter.

Dear Shouto,
How are you holding up? Fuyumi told me about the recent chain of events and I hope you are doing fine. Anyways, Enji contacted me and after all Fuyumi has told me as well, I've decided to come to Tokyo next week for a couple of days. I know you have a busy schedule so it's okay if you aren't able to make it but if you are coming please inform me so that I can cook up some good food. There are also a couple of matters that I would like to discuss with you as well, also please bring your beautiful girlfriend with you, Fuyumi told me a lot about her!
Eat well and sleep early.
                                                                                           Love, mom.

Before Momo could even place the letter down, Shouto quickly stated, "I'm sorry that Fuyumi told mom your my girlfriend but don't you think it's suspicious that dad contacted her as well?" The way Shouto switched topics was anything but smooth but Momo decided to ignore it so that her heart wouldn't combust from the letter.

"It is quite strange but I think you should go." She told him firmly.

"I will but I want you to come with me, can you?" He asked her.

"Okay, I will." She replied,

"This weekend then, be prepared." His expression wore worry and he looked anything but excited.

"Shouto, look on the bright side, you're going to see your mom and you're going to try her food too!" Momo smiled, trying to reassure him.

"Yeah, your right." He sighed softly and looked at her, "You looked quite happy today."

"Yeah, I wrote today, it was able to calm me down and I've tried clearing my head and sorting everything so it really helped." She beamed.

"Organized as ever." Shouto chuckled.

"Shouto you look really exhausted, there's a new bakery, if you want I could take you there and then maybe you could paint something?" She asked him,

He looked at her and smiled, "Lead the way."

So the duo walked to the bakery in silence, both of them lost in their own thoughts.

As they entered, the shop greeted them with the most delicious of smells. Freshly baked muffins, cookie dough, cake batter, toasted nuts, chocolate, vanilla, all of these scents danced in the air, giving them an odd sense of nostalgia, back when the duo had first entered Peaches.

The little bakery was cozy and warm, it gave you that light, fluffy feeling.

The two were instantly captivated and ordered two passion curd filled donuts. It was puffy, soft and sweet yet had a light zing that left the two satisfied.

"This is wonderful!" Momo exclaimed happily.
"Indeed." Shouto agreed.

Suddenly, they heard the light 'tck' of raindrops against the window pane.

The two smiled in contentment, they loved the rain.

"I'm assuming you brought an umbrella?" Shouto asked.
"Is that even a question." She chuckled.

The both of them left the place, under one umbrella.

Their shoulders touched and their fingers constantly brushed against each other but they walked slowly.

They were aware of the rain and they loved it, they were aware of their rather close proximity and they didn't necessarily dislike it and they were both aware of their own thoughts; excited, happy, nervous and calm.

Momo bit her lip, she thought of reassuring him again but the comfortable silence the two of them were enveloped in was too precious to break.

She knew he understood, all they needed right now was each other's presence. That was more than enough.
