Writing this because people kept asking in my DMs and comments. Plus I'm bored sO wHy nOT 🥺❤️❤️ I haven't planned what I'm gonna do for this chapter at all what so ever. I literally just randomly decided to do it at 12:30 am for no reason. Lucas and Will threw the last two fireworks and the Mind Flayers brushed it off and walked to Billy.
He stood in front of the Mind Flayer. Every single bone in his body trembling but he stood in front of Quinn.
Mike and Max ran out and stood with El.
Billy stood there in fear as the Mind flayer roared. It started to let out one of its arms. Quinn crossed her arms over her face and closed her eyes. Billy screamed as he pushed back its arm protecting Quinn.

Quinn stood up using all her anger and pain.
El once told her that when she closed the gate, anger was that source to her power.
Quinn got up and manipulated the energy around Billy and pulled him back behind her. He struggled not to let her go but he couldn't even get close to her. She levitated herself to what would be the eye level for the Mind Flayer. And looked back at Billy with a smile. Tears streamed down her face. The Mind Flayer let out all its arms and attacked her at full force. She screamed shooting at her powers at it with all of her anger. One of its arms grabbed her by the leg and pulled her back down to the ground.
