Before we went to the hospital Nancy dropped everyone off at her house and took me home. I had to change. I hadn't gotten changed since the sauna test and I had blood and sweat stains and I smelled awful.
"You've been really quiet all day." Nancy spoke up after like 20 minutes of silence.
"Is that different?"
"No, but this is a different silence. This is like a 'I can't talk cause if I do I'll cry' kind of silence. Where your other silences where more of a 'why am I here?' kid of silence."
"Wow, I thought it was just me that could read silence."
"Me too." - " I-I'm sure we will get the mind flayer out of Billy." She said. I just kept staring out the window leaning my head on my hand that was leaning on the arm rest on the car door. "We got it out of Will. We can get it out of Billy too." - "I'm sorry all this is happening to you."
"Thanks."
"I'm sorry I haven't really been there for any of it." She frowned.
"It's okay." I whispered.
"No it's not. You are the strongest person I've ever met. Your life is trash but you keep going and I'm never even there. As your friend I should be there. I should have been there when Will was possessed and you were connected and confused and just needed someone to talk to. I should have been there when Billy got possessed and almost killed you and when were alone. I should have been there for you Quinn. I'm sorry." She said and tears fell from my eyes.
"It's okay Nanc. It's okay."

I took a quick shower, got changed, and did my make up as fast as I could. Now I know what you're thinking. Why the heck are you doing make up in the middle of a freaking world threatening crisis?!
I hate myself way too much to go out in public looking like.. myself. I care way too much about what people think of me. Still not a good excuse when the freaking mind flayer is out there infecting people as we speak. But it's not like I took 30 minutes. I took like 7. I only did foundation and mascara.
I put on a black crop top and red high waisted pants and Billy's jacket. Again I know what you're gonna say. Why the heck are you wearing freaking winter clothes in the middle of summer? This is Billy's jacket, okay? Leave me alone. I'm wearing pants because I have scars on my legs from last night.

We got to the hospital and the nurse was over whelmed with everyone.
"Whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa!! Excuse me!" She stopped us. "Where do you think you're going?"
"O-h umm... I was just going to visit my grandma again. A-and this.. this is my family." Nancy said innocently.
