As I stood there staring at the girl who claimed to be my sister I started to see where she may be coming from. She had long wavy brown hair and a blueish greenish eye like mine. Her face was covered in freckles just like my mom was but I was never blessed with that trait. She had the oval face shape like my father has. She also had the lovely sparkle that me and my mom share in her eyes. She truly could be my sister. "What's your name?" I knew my parents named my sister Elizabeth so this could just be another test. She should only be fifteen why is she here.
"Liz short for Elizabeth. I'm fifteen too I started working somewhere took the money I saved up and hopped on a plane out here." She seemed upset.
"Why did you run away and why here?" I asked.
"I was doing research and my adopted mom said that my family lived out in California. I called around and talked to our mom who said you ran away to here." She claimed.
"I can't believe your fifteen last time I saw you, you were two." I said smiling. I almost forgot Dally was in the room he had himself leaning against the doorframe silently watching us.
"Yeah I can't believe my mom let me come out here." She let a single tear drop as she inches closer to me.
"Just because mom and dad are idiots doesn't mean I won't like you now come here." I grabbed her and hugged her as tight as possible. "What made you even want to come see me?" I asked pulling away but still admiring her.
"Well when I was talking to mom she said not to come to California that it was too dangerous and Tulsa was the better option." She smiled until she noticed Dally her face turned to a look of pure hatred. "What are you doing here Winston?" Liz asked disgusted.
"Well Miller I came here after I got hauled to the cooler." He rolled his eyes and tried not to break out into full hatred mode.
"Well you shouldn't of robbed the gas station and maybe you wouldn't have to be here." She sassed.
"I don't have to be here I chose to be here get your facts straight man." Dally scoffed.
"Well maybe if you told me you were leaving I would know my facts." Her face became a bright red.
"I didn't have to tell you anything!" He raised his voice.
"sure you didn't because your Dallas Winston and Dallas Winston treats everyone like crap!" She yelled.
"What am I missing?" I said joining into their argument.
"Dallas and I used to be friends when we both lived back in New York we would do everything together and then one day I throw a rock at his window so we could go get donuts and he just so happens to be gone then his dad heard me and beat me up a bit for letting Dallas run away." She cried. "But screw you Winston I got beat up for you and you probably could care less." She sassed.
"Oh so do you two have history?" My voice cracked.
"God no I was only nine." She laughed.
"Look I don't really care I needed outta New York alright I couldn't stay any longer." He got all mad then walked closer to me. "I don't mind Tulsa either." He wrapped his arm around me.
"Are you two a thing?" Liz asked disgusted.
"Uh yes and actually Suzy we have something to tell you." I said nervously.
"What is it hun?" She asked with a sweet little smile spread across her face.
"Don't get mad but I'm pregnant." I said quietly yet somehow everyone managed to hear.
"That's lovely!" She squealed. "I can finally decorate a nursery!" Suzy sat up and wrapped Dally and I into one small group hug. "You two are so adorable." She smiled once more then sat back down.
"Thank goodness you're not mad." I sighed in relief.
"Elizabeth how long are you staying. We have two spare rooms so you can choose which you prefer." Suzy mentioned.
            "I don't know." She sighed.
"Stay as long as you want I love company! Just know this house has people running in and out of it all of the time things get pretty hectic!" She smiled widely.
"Thank you I'll go look into the rooms." Elizabeth walked upstairs and her eyes immediately landed upon the first room to the right. The room was completely decked out in yellow. It was very bright and happy(picture above). She walked inside and yelled for approval my aunt replied with an extremely loud yes. Well here's to new family.
