Oh my gosh, I feel so embarrassed. Why didn't I just hold it in? Ahhhhhh... I just had to do it in front of Bruno. I shouldn't have drank so much water, I wouldn't have peed right in the middle of nowhere.
"You okay?", Bruno asked. He looks worried.
"Yeah I'm fine, why?",
"Just checking", he replied then turned his attention back at the road.
Oh how lovely, he's just checking. An hour and a half has passed while we still on the road. I feel so tired and hungry.
I had my earphones on since my brother was playing hippop on the radio.
Bruno was still the one driving, I kept looking at his tattoo on his forearm. I had a clear view since it was on the hand placed on the stirring wheel. It was a tattoo of a dark forest with tress without leafs, and over the trees flew birds. It looked like the forest was burnt out. I didn't know how it made me feel, that's the reason I kept staring at it.
It had a curtain beauty to it though.I took a book out of my backpack to distract me from Bruno's tattoo.
Bruno glanced at me in the rearview mirror while sharing a conversation with JR, I don't know what it was about since I had earphones on listening to my pop songs.
It was sweet though, him stealing glances at me. I didn't dare look up at him because I knew I wouldn't stop myself from blushing.
JR turned and I saw his lips moving. I removed one of my earphones."What?", I asked wanting him to repeat what he said.
"Gosh... would you please remove those things blocking your hearing", he yelled.
"Repeat what you said Mr", I yelled back with attitude.
"Should we pass by Ultra City?", he asked again with a bored expression.
"Yeah, I need to stretch my legs", I replied. I then got back to my reading.
As I was about to turn the page on the next chapter I lifted my eyes and looked out the window, then saw that we actually turning towards Shell Ultra City Petrol Station.
Bruno stopped at the petrol station, he got out of the car followed by JR.
He started talking to the guy that works there and the guy started filling up the car with petrol.
As I was putting away my book the door on my side opened."Is this your way of stretching your legs?", he asked smiling, looking all handsome.
I smiled back looking all over, trying so hard to avoid eye contact."Oh wow", he crackled. "Now you can't look at me?", he asked smiling widely.
"It's just that you too close", I replied.
I said that out of honestly. He stepped back and drew out his hand.
"Come on I'll buy you something to snack", and then he moved aside so I'll get out of the car.We walked towards the store awkwardly. I looked around for JR and saw him standing against a wall talking on his phone. He seems to really like being on the phone.
"Pick anything you want", Bruno said as we walked inside the store.
He followed me around as I picked all the things I wanted. Once I was done we headed to the till counter, I placed my shopping busket on the counter and looked at him."Doritos, juice, sourworms, biscuits, pie, peanuts and raisins", he said with his eyebrows raised.
"What? You said anything", I smirked folding my arms as the cashier ringed the items.
Bruno just stood there watching me. I stared back at him not breaking eye contact.
"R125 Mr", the cashier behind the till said, breaking our stare at each other.
