Love Is Not Enough [Complete]

Chapter Twelve

I woke up with a terrible hangover.
Good thing I still remember everything that happened last night, including my moment with Bruno.
I got out of bed and took a bath, a pretty long bath. I then went downstairs to get something to eat. I found Kate in the kitchen, I greeted her and we had a little chat. She told me about her night out with my Dad at the Hotel they were at. She didn't get into detail though, plus I didn't need that kind of information.
I then went to the living room so I could relax my feet on my favorite couch.
Yep, I have a favourite couch now, it's the one I shared with Bruno the day he massaged my feet.
As I got comfortable, I drew out my phone and started typing a message to Bruno.

Did you really mean what you said earlier this morning?
He didn't really say that he likes me romantically but his actions said so.
A few seconds later my phone beeped.
Well that was quick.

Asshole: Every word.
I smiled holding my phone closer to my chest.
What did he say again? Oh yeah, that he suddenly changed the day he met me.

You have a girlfriend. Why would you say all that to me?
I had to be sure about his feelings for his girlfriend. I don't wanna destroy a good relationship. At the same time I did want to be with him, that's because I like him.

Asshole: Can I come over later so we can talk about that?

which later do you mean?
Lifting my eyes up I checked the time to see that it almost noon, I woke up late due to my night out with Neo and Sky. Oh, Neo left very early this morning. She said she had to go home early before her father wakes up.

Asshole: after 10 tonight. Your brother would be in his room by then, you'll be able to sneak me in.
Is he crazy? Why doesn't he sneak me in at his house?
Oh yeah I can't. My Dad is back and he might kill me if he wakes up and realise that I'm not home.

No, I'll see you tomorrow.

Asshole: I won't be able to sleep without seeing you.
Oh my gosh that's so sweet. He just knows the right words to melt my heart.

Alright, text me when you coming over.

Asshole: Yeah I will.

I placed my phone on the coffee table then went upstairs to my room. I started tiding it up to make it look nice for Bruno, I know he'll only get here later but I had to prepare now, don't want him to think I'm a lazy ass. Plus I can't hang out with him in the living room cause JR doesn't want me close to him.
Well, in our culture a woman is a real woman through her hands. Men like women who can cook, do laundry, iron, clean, all the house chores and still be able to entertain her man. If you can do all that then you're definitely a wife material.
So cleaning my room will give him the impression that our house will always be clean.
After the cleaning I took a quick shower, I wanna smell good for him. Plus I wanna make sure I nolonger smell like a drunken.
I know how ridiculous that sounds.

Time pass quickly when you not paying attention.
Though I spent most of my day being lazy.
That sure makes me a wife material.
After the shower I took, I laid on bed to relax my eyes only to fall asleep. I woke up around 5, ate my meal then fell asleep again.
JR didn't bother me much, he was too damn occupied by whatever he was busy with the whole day. Waking up from my last nap before I see Bruno I went for my final bath, then got dressed in my short sexy pink pyjamas then headed downstairs to check on my phone since it's almost 10.
