For the rest of the day and into the night, Mo Yuan listened quietly as Ye Hua recounted her trial as he had seen it starting from the Mermaid wars and as he listened, he began to get a feeling for how easily his brother had fallen for her.  From his own mouth, Mo Yuan learned of the deep necessity to keep her safe in order to live a happy life that he had obviously not received in his absence and he couldn't help but feel a little guilt because of it.

"So she ended up here in the Celestial Heavens because your plan to die did not succeed." Mo Yuan said to confirm how she ended up there in the first place.

"Yes.  She heard the battle through the mirror, and it was then that I knew her life was no longer in my hands but his." Ye Hua replied softly and painfully as he then began to detail everything that had happened to her right up until she jumped into Zhutian Terrace.  Well almost everything.

"Alright, I understand what you have said, and that your side consort still holds her eyes.  Why have you not given them back?" he asked outright seeing as he was now of the belief that Bai Qian and Su Su were one and the same woman.  If anything, this should have been his first move to gaining her back especially seeing as he held no feelings for his side consort and was only married to her through default.

Though there was one other very important question he needed to ask, and that was her level of anger aimed at Ye Hua and why she had not claimed her eyes back herself.  Considering her entire ordeal had been an ascension trial and Su Jin was no threat to her now that she was back in her true from, the level of anger that would see her create an army and even seek to meet with the Demons did not add up.

Yes her trial was a tragedy and her heart was broken, but he knew that girl inside out.  She would have stormed the Palace and taken her eyes back immediately, and then moved on from it.  But she had not, so why had she not? he asked himself.

"I needed absolute proof that she was Su Su, and her confession proved it." he replied honestly though the thought of taking the eyes back from that woman would give him great satisfaction, he still had to find time to talk to Bai Qian which then took his mind back to that valley of flowers.

"I think I knew her before the trial...." he said tentatively and not really sure how else to explain what he had seen. But like Mo Yuan, he too needed answers.

"Oh?" he asked and instantly taken back to the way she had arrived back from their meeting in tears and trembling.

"I saw things I know I have never seen in that place before.  In fact, I know I have never seen the low valleys but I saw something...." he voice trailing off and feeling stupid because to his mind he really thought he sounded ridiculous but to Mo Yuans mind, his brother was not looking much better than her at that moment, the confusion and a little fear were there on his face which suddenly looked pinched and drawn.

"Tell me what you saw, perhaps I can help." Mo Yuan suggested and very much interested in what had gone on in the valleys that would seend the Ice Queen running to him in tears.

"I'm not sure, I can't explain it."

"Then just tell me what you think you saw then...."

Taking a deep breath, Ye Hua began to exlain the dance routine first, followed by visions of her dancing among the flowers, but the emphasis was more on what he was feeling at the time.

"I know it was real, because I would see you there too only I was more focused on her.  Only there was a time when I felt you carrying me back up the Mountain.  I got hurt but I cant remember what happened." he said before raising his head to look up at his brother whos face was also looking pinched as his mind went back to those days and a little girl who had so innocently stolen his heart.
