"That was the worst," Tyler mumbled, walking back to math class with Dan.

"At least we only have detention for two days," Dan said.

"Shut up. I don't want to speak with you." Tyler began walking a little faster.

The popular kids were divided into two groups. Tyler was in the group everyone liked to call the "drama whores" because as the name suggests, they're into drama. This group is where most of the bullies are. Dan was in the other half of the popular group, the ones that were nicer and didn't start drama with everyone. And Dan knew that he had just accidentally started drama with THE Tyler Oakley.

"How many times do I have to apologize?" Dan asked Tyler, walking faster to keep up with him. It wasn't hard, because his long legs took wide strides.

Tyler pointed to his face, where a couple bruises were already forming. "You ruined my face! There is no way I'm going to accept your apology."

Dan sighed, regretting ever starting the fight. He knew Tyler was going to do whatever he could to ruin Dan's life (or at least the rest of the school year). The two were walking back to class in silence when the bell rang indicating class was over. Dan didn't bother going back to math class- he knew Louise would get his stuff for him. So he went to her locker and waited. A minute later he saw Louise walking over to him with a smile on her face.

"I'm glad you didn't get expelled. That's the third fight you've been in this year," she said when she got to her locker. "Here's your stuff. Don't be late to your next class."

"Thanks Louise," Dan replied, taking his belongings from her. "You're the best."

He rushed to his locker and threw his things in, not bothering to organize anything. Seventh period was homeroom, but because so many people that Dan didn't like were in that class, he hardly ever attended. The teacher never even noticed he wasn't there. So instead of attending homeroom, Dan would sit in his car for 30 minutes and play iPhone games.

Mostly everyone was out of the halls when Dan started towards the doors that lead to the student parking lot. In front of the doors stood the one and only Caspar Lee. He smiled as Dan approached him.

"Good afternoon, Dan," Caspar said, smiling. "May I come with you?"

"Yes, but may I ask why?"

Caspar looked at the floor with a sadness in his eyes. "I just really need a friend right now," he replied in a quiet, almost inaudible voice.

Dan nodded and walked out the doors with Caspar following. They walked through the bright sunlight to Dan's car and got in before anyone saw them. Dan was in the driver's seat, Caspar in the passenger's.

"What's wrong?" Dan asked, seeing the sadness on Caspar's face. The only reply he got was a sigh. So the two sat quietly, Caspar unwilling to answer Dan's question.

After what seemed like forever, Caspar spoke up. "Jenna broke up with me," he said.

"Jenna Marbles? I didn't even know you were dating her." Dan replied quickly.

"Today would've been our one month anniversary, but she broke up with me yesterday." Caspar sighed. "She acts like she's the fucking queen, and sometimes she annoys me so much that I want to commit murder, but I really love her. My world is so colorful with her around."

"Color?" Dan asked. "What's that?"

Caspar's eyes widened, and he leaned slightly closer to Dan. "You don't know what color is?" Dan shook his head and Caspar gasped. "It's beautiful," he said. Dan didn't know how to reply, so he didn't, causing silence to fall over them.

Caspar broke the silence when he casually said, "I hear you've been starting shit with THE Tyler Oakley."

Now it was Dan's turn to sigh. "I didn't mean to."

"Well, I've got your back, buddy." Caspar smiled. "I've got plenty of ways to get revenge."

"Of course you do," Dan mumbled, rolling his eyes.
