"Morning" Finn said as he kissed me.
"I love waking up with you." I smiled at him.
"Well, that makes two of us." He kissed me again but, deeper. I pull away after a little bit. I frown.
"What's wrong?" He asks.
"I have to tell you something." I start, "last month Amber came to me. She umm said that she was made fun of because her parents weren't together. I wasn't- didn't know how to help her but, fix the problem. So, I asked you. And fixed the problem." His smile was gone. "But, I do love you. And this just started-got together for the wrong reason. I'm sorry."
He gets up and walks away. "Please! Say something." I run after him.
"I didn't think you were heartless!" He yells. "I mean how could you! Just use me?"
"No! I mean kinda, but no! I love you!" I say starting to cry. "Doesn't that mean something?"
"Not anymore." He slams the guest room door behind him.
"Mommy? What's wrong?" Amber says hugging me.
"Nothing. Daddy is just upset." I tell her. "I'm ok. He's ok." I fake smile.

[(1 month later) Finn moved out]
"Mommy?" Amber came up to me and asked.
"Yes, sweetie?" I answer her.
"When, do I get to see Daddy? It's been 31 days." She says.
"I don't know. But, how do you know?" I ask her.
"It's the only way to count. For me."
"Well, anyways good news. You get to take your cast off Friday!" I tell her.
"Ok Mommy." She smiles.

(Next day)
I am waking in the hallway to Finn's apartment to tell him about Friday. Knock, knock. The door opens with a random woman in a over sized men's sweat shirt. "Yes?" She asked annoyed.
"Oh, sorry must be the wrong address. Can you tell me where Finn Hudson lives?"
"Oh, here." She looks back. "Finny a woman is here for you!" She yells at him. "She looks very uptight." I hear her say through the door.
"Hello? Oh, Kara..."
"This is a bad time. I'm sorry." I say leaving.
"Wait, what is it?" He asks.
"Well, it actually doesn't matter. I mean after all you just left your kid." I say turning around. "I don't even know why I came here. Oh, wait that's because she wants you."
"Really?" He asks.
"Yeah, but sorry to break the new to you. Your 'chances' are done!" I yell. Then, walk away.

Finn's POV
After, Kara's verbal beat down I look at my phone and get an email.
Dear parents of Amber Hudson,
I am glad to tell you that Amber's cast will be coming off on Friday.

This is my chance. Tomorrow I will be there at the hospital for Amber. Then, I'll prove to her that I do care about Amber.
